The purpose of this study is to use abatacept as a clinical molecular probe to evaluate the effects of inhibiting costimulation on immune responses in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

This is prospective randomized, controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qingre Huoxue comprehensive therapy in treating of patients with early Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). However, there is no systematic trials to prove the effect of NBZP for management of RA.

This study aims to evaluate more objectively, through an imaging technique such as ultrasound, changes in joints and entheses of patients with active psoriatic arthritis (PAs) who will start treatment with Apremilast after the failure of other therapies such as synthetic DMARD (metrotrexato , Leflunomide ...). The hypothesis of the study is that the technique of ultrasound can demonstrate the efficacy of Apremilast in the treatment of patients with active PAs

The objective of the study is to assess the single dose PK, safety, tolerability and immunogenicity of abatacept 125mg administered SC in Chinese healthy subjects.

Approximately 34 subjects will be enrolled in an unblinded cross-over design. For one week, they will use the adaptive pen device and for the next week, they will use just the insulin (or other medication) pen. This will be repeated for another one week period each. At the end of each week, the subjects will fill out a questionnaire regarding their experiences and any suggestions for improvements for the design of the pen device.

This study is aimed at assessing the kinetics of the ultrasound (US) response in DMARD-naive very early rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients treated with tocilizumab (TCZ) and methotrexate (MTX).
