To assess in vivo the kinematics of single piece silastic joint replacements in the hand with magnetic resonance imaging

The study will include 20 people with hand OA awaiting surgery in the fingers. Participants will undergo dual-energy CT, cone-beam CT, ultrasound, clinical examination, blood sampling and questionnaires. Images will be analysed for the presence of joint-associated crystal including monosodium urate, calcium pyrophosphate and calcium hydroxyapatite. Material obtained during surgery will be used for crystal verification and calculation of diagnostic accuracy of dual-energy CT and cone-beam CT.

3-part study of patients with psoriasis, including 1) a population based questionnaire 2) cross-sectional clinical study with focus on musculoskeletal ultrasound and patient reported outcomes 3) 12 months follow-up study of patients with certain ultrasonic signs of psoriatic arthritis. Patients with pain: Interventional with 6 months treatment with apremilast, followed by 6 months observation. Patients without pain: 12 months observation.

Some researches identified FAP expression in synovial samples taken from both rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis patients.Thus this prospective study is going to investigate whether 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT may be superior for diagnosis, therapy response assessment and follow-up of arthritis than 18F-FDG PET/CT.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one of the most common autoimmune rheumatic diseases, affecting one in 100 individuals worldwide. It is considered a complex systemic multifactorial inflammatory process in which the immune system targets synovial joints and causes mild to severe joint destruction with extra-articular manifestations. If left untreated, RA leads to deformity, considerable disability, and major comorbid conditions, including cardiovascular disease and increased mortality. Early treatment with targeted therapies can alter long-term outcomes by minimizing disease activity, preventing joint damage and disability, and improving patients' quality of life.

This is a retrospective observational study looking at the characteristics and outcomes of participants taking Inflectra using the CorEvitas Rheumatoid Arthritis Registry.

The purpose of this study is to investigate if the use of autologous bone graft around the anchor-peg glenoid prosthesis correlates with (1.) bony apposition on computed tomography scans, (2.) decreased radiolucent lines, (3.) a decrease in component loosening, and (4.) better functional outcomes. Investigators hypothesize that a glenoid anchor peg component fixation utilizing autologous bone graft in Total Shoulder Arthroplasty (TSA) will have a lower incidence of glenoid loosening and that the absence of radiolucent lines will correlate with excellent shoulder function. Glenoid component loosening remains a major concern following total shoulder arthroplasty and is the man reason for failure. Despite positive findings in the investigators previous study (same population at a minimum of 2 year post operative follow up), it is reasonable that loosening rates could increase with longer follow-up. This study will be a minimum of 7 year post operative follow up.
