Factors Affecting Hand Dysfunction in Patient With Rheumatoid Arthritis and Its Correlation With...
Rheumatoid ArthritisThe aims of the research are: To predict factors affecting hand dysfunction in patient with rheumatoid arthritis To study the effect of hand dysfunction on quality of life in patient with rheumatoid arthritis

Rheumatoid ArthritisInterstitial Lung DiseaseThe objectives of this single center, prospective, non-interventional cohort is to understand patient characteristics, general treatment patterns, effectiveness/safety of conventional disease modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) and biologic DMARD treatments in rheumatoid arthritis patients with ILD in the real-world setting

Juvenile Idiopathic ArthritisThis study aims to describe physical activity among juvenile idiopathic arthritis children, according to the disease's and patient's characteristics.
Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio and Platelet Lymphocyte Ratio in Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rheumatoid ArthritisRheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease characterized by synovial inflammation and joint destruction that follows a relapsing- remitting course.Disease activity assessment is important for rheumatoid arthritis management .Neutrophil lymphocyte ratio and platelet lymphocyte ratio are associated with inflammatory status and can be used to assess disease activity in rheumatoid arthritis
Compare Diagnostic Performance of DIXON &CHESS Sequences Calculating RAMRIS Score in Early Rheumatoid...
ArthritisRheumatoidIn a preliminary MRI study of healthy volunteers's hands investigators showed that the suppression of the fat signal obtained by the Dixon sequences is greater than that obtained by the "classic" CHESS sequences with a better T1-weighted image quality. The investigators goal now is to compare these sequences in the quantification of the inflammatory activity of rheumatoid arthritis by the RAMRIS score. To investigators knowledge, only one study compared those two types of sequence with many limitations including a limited number of patients included.
Quality of Life Related to Health in Spa Users
Knee OsteoarthritisHip Osteoarthritis1 moreHypothesis: The spa therapy treatment could improve health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in subjects with knee and/or hip osteoarthritis, and patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Main objective: Analyze if HRQOL in patients with knee and/or hip osteoarthritis, and patients with rheumatoid arthritis is modified by spa therapy treatment in the spa of Fitero (Spain). Design: Prospective observational study Participants: Fitero's spa users aged between 45-80 years old, diagnosed with knee and/or hip osteoarthritis, and also with rheumatoid arthritis. At least 40 patients of each type will be included in the study. Participants must be receiving a treatment of at least ten days. Main Variable: The scores obtained in the Euroqol5Dimensions-5Levels questionnaire (EQ-5D-5L) (for all subjects), the Western Ontario MacMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) questionnaire, for subjects with knee and/or hip osteoarthritis, and the Health Assessment Questionnaire (HAQ), for subjects with rheumatoid arthritis. Other variables: sociodemographic, anthropometric, clinics, and related with spa treatment. Follow-up duration: 9 months.
Immune Cells in Inflammatory Arthritis With Coronaviruses, Including COVID-19
SARS VirusA team at the University of Manchester are developing a test that tcould be helpful in detecting immunity to the Coronavirus (which causes the COVID-19 disease) in participants with inflammatory arthritis. It is based on a flu assay has already developed; the team will replace the flu antigen with a Coronavirus antigen to see if it is effective. This project aims to develop a test to see if people who have had the virus have developed immunity to it. This could help to predict who might or might not get the disease a second time, who should stay at home to be protected from potential infection or who will not develop any symptoms, even if exposed to the virus. When vaccination trials against the Coronavirus will be launched, this test could also help to see if the vaccine is effective.
Role of CTHRC1 in Diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rheumatoid Arthritisto detect the role of CTHRC1 biomarker in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis and To correlate other well-established rheumatoid arthritis markers (RF& anti-ccp) and CTHRC1 level to see if CTHRC1 can act as a dependent or independent serum marker in prediction of RA status.
Effectiveness and Adherence of Golimumab in Rheumatoid Arthritis
ArthritisRheumatoidThis will be a prospective, observational, single-arm, registry study based on data received from Chinese Registry of rheumatoid arthritis (CREDIT) database to register 200 Chinese RA patients treated with golimumab in one year. Patient characteristic, clinical effectiveness and drug adherence of golimumab will be evaluated.
Relationship of Periodontitis and Cardiovascular Risk in Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rheumatoid ArthritisPeriodontitisRheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one of the most common autoimmune inflammatory arthritis affecting 0.5 to 1% population worldwide characterized by synovitis, increased inflammatory markers and progressive bone and cartilage erosion. RA is associated with an increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality compared with the general population.
