Coagulation Factors and Postpartum Hemorrhage
Postpartum HemorrhageObjective is to analyze a possible association of coagulation factors peripartal with the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage.
Time of Postpartum Hemoglobin Assessment and Blood Loss During Delivery
HemorrhagePostpartumThis is a prospective cohort study of patients delivering at Columbia University Medical Center/ Allen Hospital. For the primary research question, the investigators will compare the change in maternal hemoglobin from postpartum day 1 to day 2 and also determine correlation with estimation of blood loss (EBL) and quantitative blood loss (QBL).
Study of Biological Determinants of Bleeding Postpartum
Postpartum HemorrhageAt the entry of the delivery room, a standard blood analysis will be performed (Blood count, PT, aPTT, Fibrinogen, and D-Dimer) for each women (if they are agree), according to the center's practices. The percentage of the immature platelets is a an additional parameter on the hemogram. The clinical assessments (recorded in medical records) and biological values will be used to determine if there is a correlation between these data and the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage.

Prediction of Uterine Atony After Vaginal Delivery by Elastography
Postpartum HemorrhageProspective study evaluating the feasibility of shear-wave elastography of the uterus during the third stage of labour and following placental delivery. The investigators hypothesize that the stiffness of the myometrium can be measured by using shear-wave technology. This study involves 30 patients with a healthy pregnancy and spontaneous vaginal delivery. One co-investigator will carry out measurements at the uterine fundus, at three different time points: after fetal delivery, after placental delivery and 30 minutes after placental delivery.
QStat in Trauma and Obstetric Hemorrhage
Blood Loss MassiveTrauma1 moreThis study will evaluate the performance of the Quantra System comprised of the Quantra Hemostasis Analyzer with the QStat Cartridge in trauma patients and obstetric patients with postpartum hemorrhage.
Surgical Management of Postpartum Haemorrhage Without Embolization
Postpartum HemorrhageSecond Line Management2 morePostpartum haemorrhage is the main cause of maternal mortality. The aim of investigators' study was to evaluate the practice of hemostatic surgery (arterial ligation, uterine compression or hysterectomy) when the embolization of uterine arteries wasn't be performed.
Novel Approach of Hayman Uterine Compression Sutures for Management of Severe Atonic Postpartum...
Uterine AtonyMaternal deaths due to uterine atony bleeding are the leading causes of maternal death in our country and all over the world. In this respect, our clinic is among the clinics with the highest number of experience in our country and aims to reduce maternal deaths and mothers who will need intensive care due to bleeding with a hemorrhage stopping technique that will have a serious contribution to both our country and the world literature. Our primary goal, thanks to the bleeding-stopping technique, to reduce their deaths. Our secondary aim is, thanks to the bleeding-stopping technique we offer, To prevent and reduce the complications seen in mothers during the operative period.

Wound; RuptureSurgery3 moreThe objective of the Expanded Access Program is to provide HEMOLEVEN, a replacement coagulation factor XI, to patients with severe inherited factor XI deficiency where, in the opinion of the treating physician, the benefits of administering selectively the missing factor outweigh the potential risks associated with the administration of fresh-frozen plasma.
Accurate Display of Postpartum Hemorrhage Using Triton (ADOPT)
Post-partum Hemorrhage (PPH)A comparison of reported estimated blood loss with quantified blood loss in all patients whose medical records indicate Triton was used during their vaginal delivery.
