Eclampsia PreeclampsiaEclampsia is a serious pregnancy complication.In our study we aim to characterize the clinical signs and symptoms that occur prior to the onset of eclampsia in a prospectively collected cohort.And Compare these characteristics to women with preeclampsia and healthy normal pregnancies to identify which features represent a unique clinical signature for eclampsia to form a simple predictive algorithm .
Use of Lumella-glycosylated Fibronectin for Diagnosis of Preeclampsia
PreeclampsiaPregnancy Related1 morewomen with symptoms of preeclampsia from antenatal clinic or triage will be offered Lumella test along with traditional blood tests. If Lumella test is positive which will be compared with the traditional blood test results. Once 50 positive cases have been analysed the study results will be submitted to NICE.

Thus, the investigators will assess the degree of satisfaction regarding the information received previously to the date of screening, and on the same day the screening is performed (at the time of first-trimester scan). Women's unsderstanding regarding preeclampsia screening will be evaluated by means of an anonymous online questionnaire. Anxiety and stress related to the results will also be assessed.
