Refractory T Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaAcute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)

This is an open-label, phase 1b/2 trial. It is designed to identify the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of STI-6129, and the safety and efficacy of this anti-CD38-Duostatin 5.2 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) for the treatment of R/R T-ALL and AML who have exhausted standard of care treatment.

Etoposide, Prednisone, Vincristine Sulfate, Cyclophosphamide, and Doxorubicin Hydrochloride With...

B Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaB Lymphoblastic Lymphoma7 more

This phase II trial studies how well etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride with asparaginase work in treating patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Asparaginase breaks down the amino acid asparagine and may block the growth of tumor cells that need asparagine to grow. Giving combination chemotherapy with asparaginase may work better in treating patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma.

Feasibility Neurocognitive Outcome After Transplant

Stem Cell TransplantationPediatric Cancer1 more

This pilot study will primarily be evaluated by feasibility and adherence to an iPad-based neurocognitive intervention program. It will secondarily be evaluated by performance on the neurocognitive testing post-transplant and change in performance in subsequent years.

Study of US-ATG-F to Prevent Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease (GVHD)

GVHDAdult Acute Myeloid Leukemia2 more

The study objective is to compare the efficacy and safety of US-ATG-F as a supplement to standard of care prophylaxis versus standard of care prophylaxis alone in moderate to severe chronic GVHD-free survival.

Bendamustine in Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia/Lymphoma (ALL)

LeukemiaLymphoma

The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if bendamustine can help to control Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia/Lymphoma (ALL). The safety of this drug will also be studied. Bendamustine is designed to damage and destroy the DNA of cancer cells, which may cause them to die.

Nilotinib and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed Philadelphia Chromosome-Positive...

B-cell Adult Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaBlastic Phase Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia4 more

In this study researchers want to find out more about the side effects of a new drug for Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) blastic phase (BP) and if this disease will respond better to nilotinib combined with standard hyper-CVAD therapy rather than hyper-CVAD alone. Hyper-CVAD is a combination of cyclophosphamide, mesna, vincristine (vincristine sulfate), doxorubicin (doxorubicin hydrochloride), dexamethasone, methotrexate, cytarabine, and rituximab (only for patients with cluster of differentiation [CD]20 positive disease). Researchers don't know all the ways that this drug may affect people

Clofarabine, Cyclophosphamide and Etoposide for Minimal Residual Disease Positive Acute Leukemia...

Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAcute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Study Design: This is a two-stage Phase II trial investigating the efficacy of Clofarabine, Cyclophosphamide and Etoposide in acute leukemia patients with detectable minimal residual disease (MRD) prior to allo-HCT. The primary objective is to determine the impact of the study treatment in eliminating the presence of minimal residual disease without causing a significant delay of allo-HCT due to treatment related toxicity. The intent of this study is to allow patients to proceed to transplant (independent of this study) within 42 days of Day 1 of Clofarabine based therapy.

Study of Efficacy and Safety of CTL019 in Adult ALL Patients

B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaRelapsed B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia1 more

This is a single arm, open-label, multi-center, phase II study to determine the efficacy and safety of CTL019 in adult patients with r/r B-cell ALL. The study will have the following sequential phases: Screening, Pre-Treatment, Treatment and Primary Follow-up, Secondary Follow-up (Relapse Follow-up) and Survival Follow-up. The total duration of the primary follow-up is 1 year from cell infusion. Safety will be assessed until the end of the treatment and primary follow-up phase.

Bioelectrical Impedance Measurement for Predicting Treatment Outcome in Patients With Newly Diagnosed...

Acute Undifferentiated LeukemiaAdult Acute Myeloid Leukemia With 11q23 (MLL) Abnormalities9 more

This clinical trial studies bioelectrical impedance measurement for predicting treatment outcome in patients with newly diagnosed acute leukemia. Diagnostic procedures, such as bioelectrical impedance measurement, may help predict a patient's response to treatment for acute leukemia.

ALL-Active: A Family-Based Lifestyle Program for Pediatric Acute Leukemia Patients

Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Remission

This randomized pilot phase II trial studies how well nutritional intervention and exercise intervention works in preventing metabolic syndrome in younger patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Nutritional intervention may help weight loss and improve quality of life in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Exercise may help decrease feelings of being tired caused by cancer, may help improve strength, and may help build up lost muscle tissue. Nutritional intervention plus exercise intervention may be effective at preventing metabolic syndrome.
