Vektor vMap™ Clinical Validation Study
Cardiac ArrhythmiaAtrial Fibrillation6 moreThis is a retrospective, multi center clinical study collecting existing, de-identified subject data from medical records to be analyzed using an independent core laboratory to validate performance of a computational ECG mapping system (vMap™).
Atrial Fibrillation Detected by ELR and Holter Recording, a Comparison in Patients With Ischemic...
StrokeIschaemic Stroke2 morePurpose To validate 2 -day loop recording ( R.Test Evolution 4 ) to 2 -day Holter recording (gold standard) for the detection of atrial fibrillation of ≥ 30 seconds duration in a consecutive population of patients with stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA). To determine whether short run of atrial fibrillation (< 30s ) or the presence of many supraventricular extrasystoles detected on Holter recording, is associated with risk of re-stroke in a consecutive population of patients with stroke or TIA . To test whether a 7-day Loop Recording (R -test) detects more patients with atrial fibrillation than 2 days of Holter recording in a consecutive population of patients with stroke or TIA.
Late Effect of Ablation on Premature Ventricular Complex Ablation
Premature Ventricular ComplexElectrophysiology1 morePremature Ventricular Complex (PVC) ablation is performed in certain indications. Generally acutely abolition of PVC at the time of ablation accepted as successful ablation. However in some patients this effect occurs lately. In this study investigators sought late effect of ablation
Efficacy and Safety of Sulcardine Sulfate Tablets in Patients With Premature Ventricular Contractions...
Premature Ventricular ContractionArrhythmia is a common disease that may be caused by various cardiovascular diseases. According to statistics, 500,000 people die of severe arrhythmia every year in China, In the United States, approximately 540,000 patients die each year. This study will evaluate the effectiveness safety of sulcardine sulfate tablets in the patients with premature ventricular contractions (and non-sustained VT).
Catheter Ablation Versus Antiarrhythmic Drugs for Outflow Tract Ventricular ARrhythmias
Ventricular TachycardiaVentricular Premature ComplexesA randomized, parallel, open study comparing catheter ablation versus antiarrhythmic drugs for outflow tract ventricular arrhythmias
VIVO European Observational Registry
Ventricular ArrythmiaVentricular Tachycardia1 moreA multi-center, observational registry conducted in Europe and the UK to prospectively review VIVO in a clinical setting in 125 patients.
Risk Factors in Tachycardiomyopathy
Atrial FibrillationAtrial Flutter1 moreDecision between rate control and rhythm control can be a challenge in clinical practice. While there is some guiding evidence, we still lack a comprehensive insight into different subgroups of patients that will benefit from a rhythm control treatment. EMPATHY is a prospective clinical study in patients presenting with heart failure and a tachyarrhythmic rhythm disturbance. Biomarkers, routinely obtained results from clinical examinations, and results from endomyocardial biopsies shall be evaluated to identify patients which have better outcome from a rhythm control strategy by ablation therapy or, if contraindicated by pharmacological rhythm control. This study is designed to identifying risk factors and subgroups profiting from rhythm restoration and therefore improve current therapeutic approaches and the rate of recurrence-free survival.
