Prospective Assessment of Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation in Patients With Myelofibrosis...

Myelofibrosis

This observational study will compare outcomes of a prospectively-enrolled cohort of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HCT) recipients with outcomes of a cohort of age-matched historical non-HCT controls. Patients undergoing alloHCT will receive HCT in a US transplant center and be reported to the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR) using well-established CIBMTR report forms and data collection procedures as well as a study-specific supplemental form. Data on the historical non-HCT controls will be collected at 14 US academic centers. These centers will provide data on all consecutive patients with PMF, post-ET MF, or post-PV MF referred to their institutions between 2000 and 2012.

A Study to Explore Treatment Patterns, Treatment Outcomes, Healthcare Resource Utilization in Adult...

Myelofibrosis

Myelofibrosis (MF) is a rare blood cancer, characterized by extensive fibrosis (scarring) of the bone marrow. It is one of a group of cancers known as myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) in which bone marrow cells that produce blood cells develop and function abnormally. This study will evaluate treatment patterns, treatment outcomes, healthcare resource utilization in adult participants with Myelofibrosis. Data from approximately 1000 participants will be collected. No participants will be enrolled in this study. Participants' charts will be reviewed. No drug will be administered as a part of this study. The duration of the observation period is up to 156 weeks. There is no additional burden for participants in this trial. All visits must be completed prior to data extraction and participants will be followed for up to 156 weeks.

A Study to Assess Real-World Patient-Reported Outcomes With Fedratinib for Myelofibrosis Post-Ruxolitinib...

Myelofibrosis

The purpose of this study is to determine real-world patient-reported outcomes with fedratinib (FEDR) therapy for myelofibrosis (MF) in the real-world (RW) setting.

Study to Evaluate Safety, Tolerability, and Pharmacokinetics of Idelalisib in Adults Receiving Ruxolitinib...

Myelofibrosis

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of idelalisib in adults receiving ruxolitinib as therapy for intermediate to high-risk primary myelofibrosis (PMF), post-polycythemia vera, or post-essential thrombocythemia myelofibrosis (post-PV MF or post-ET MF) with progressive or relapsed disease. This is a dose-escalation study. There will be 4 cohorts (A, B, C, D). Participants will receive an escalating dose or dose frequency of idelalisib based on the safety data of available cohort(s).

Pevonedistat in Combination With Ruxolitinib for Treatment of Patients With Myelofibrosis

Myelofibroses

Based on the investigators' preclinical data, the combination of pevonedistat and ruxolitinib may provide greater clinical responses in patients with myelofibrosis compared to ruxolitinib monotherapy via inhibition of NFκB in addition to JAK-STAT signaling.

A Phase II Study of Re-treatment of Myelofibrosis Patients With Ruxolitinib/Jakavi After Treatment...

Primary Myelofibrosis

The aim of the study is to assess the efficacy and safety of restarting ruxolitinib after treatment interruption due to loss of response and/or adverse events.

HSP90 Inhibitor, AUY922, in Patients With Primary Myelofibrosis (PMF), Post-Polycythemia Vera Myelofibrosis...

Myeloproliferative Neoplasms

The purpose of this study is to test a new drug called AUY922. AUY922 is not FDA-approved. AUY922 is a new kind of drug that attacks a protein called HSP90. HSP90 is found in both normal and cancer cells, but the investigators think it is more important in cancer cells. This study will see if AUY922 helps people with myelofibrosis, essential thrombocythemia and polycythemia vera. This study will also see if AUY922 is safe in people with myelofibrosis, essential thrombocythemia and polycythemia vera. It will find out what effects, good and/or bad, AUY922 has on the patient and the disease. The researchers hope that this study will help them to find better treatments for primary myelofibrosis, essential thrombocythemia and polycythemia vera.

Pegylated Interferon Alpha-2b in Early Primary Myelofibrosis

Myelofibrosis

The purpose of this study is to look at the effectiveness of giving patients who have been newly diagnosed with untreated early stage primary myelofibrosis (PMF) a study drug called PEGINTRON (also known as pegylated interferon alfa 2b). This intervention will be compared to the widely employed "watch and wait" (best supportive care) approach for early stage PMF, in which patients are followed closely and treatment initiated only if the disease progresses.

Arsenic Trioxide With or Without Ascorbic Acid in Treating Patients With Myelofibrosis

Essential ThrombocythemiaPolycythemia Vera1 more

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of arsenic trioxide with or without ascorbic acid in treating patients with myelofibrosis. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as arsenic trioxide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving arsenic acid together with ascorbic acid may kill more cancer cells.
