Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as vudalimab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Adding vudalimab to standard of care treatments may be effective in treating metastatic castration sensitive prostate cancer.

Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy, safety, tolerability, Pharmacokinetic(s) (PK) and dosimetry of [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 when administered in addition to Best Supportive/Best Standard of Care (BSC/BSoC) in Chinese participants with progressive PSMA-positive mCRPC who received at least 1 novel androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI) and were previously treated with 1 to 2 taxane regimens. Furthermore, the safety, PK, and dosimetry of [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 are assessed. Data from this study will be used to bridge global pivotal phase III study (VISION, AAA617A12301) and to support China registration of [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 as a novel anticancer modality, namely radioligand therapy, in mCRPC.

CJNJ-67652000 (niraparib/abiraterone acetate fixed-dose combination) is a drug which stops certain cancer cells from being able to repair themselves from damage, leading to the death of the cancer cell. Prednisone is in a class of medications called corticosteroids. It is used to reduce inflammation and lower the body's immune response to help lessen the side effects of chemotherapy drugs. Giving CJNJ-67652000 and prednisone may kill more tumor cells in patients with metastatic prostate cancer than giving these drugs alone.
A Study on the Effects of Exercise Therapy on Signs of Prostate Cancer
Prostate CancerProstate Adenocarcinoma1 moreThe purpose of this study is to find out the effects of exercise therapy on indicators of prostate cancer in people with low-risk prostate cancer who are on active surveillance. The exercise therapy in this study will be regular home-based walking sessions on a treadmill, and that therapy will be assigned by an exercise physiologist (a medical professional who studies how exercise affects the human body). Some participants in this study will have the assigned exercise therapy, and some participants will participate in their usual exercise routines. Researchers will compare how the assigned exercise therapy and the usual exercise routines affect indicators of prostate cancer in participants. This study will not provide treatment for prostate cancer.

Prostate CancerNode; Prostate1 moreRandomized Phase III study, comparing pelvic ultra-hypo fractionated radiotherapy (UHF: 5Gy/fraction) to a standard or moderate hypo-fractionation (1.8-2.15Gy/fraction), both associated to an HDR prostate +/- adjacent seminal vesicles brachytherapy boost (HDR-BT)+ ADT according to NCCN guidelines. Considering that the calculated bio-equivalent doses to the tumor are similar for all treatment options, the UHF technique is deemed to be non-inferior to the standard approach. Treatment acceptability, tolerance and adverse events will be reported and compared for non-inferiority as the primary objective. Secondary objectives are biochemical control, metastasis-free, disease specific and overall survival.
