64Cu-TLX592 Phase I Safety, PK, Biodistribution and Dosimetry Study (CUPID Study)
Metastatic Prostate CancerThis is a Phase 1 trial of TLX592, a humanised, engineered monoclonal antibody HuX592r conjugated with a DOTA chelator and radiolabelled with 64Cu (64Cu-TLX592). TLX592 is being developed as a PSMA-targeting antibody to be radiolabelled with a therapeutic radiosotope for the treatment of PSMA-expressing tumours, therefore this study has been designed to assess the safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics, whole body biodistribution and radiation dosimetry of 64Cu-TLX592.

Ovarian CancerBreast Cancer11 moreThis research is designed to determine if experimental treatment with PARP inhibitor, AZD5305, alone, or in combination with anti-cancer agents is safe, tolerable, and has anti-cancer activity in patients with advanced solid tumors.
A Study of Focal Salvage High-Dose-Rate Brachytherapy for Prostate Gland Only Recurrence
Prostate CancerHDRThe purpose of this study is to learn more about what effects the use of high-dose-rate (HDR) brachytherapy on prostate cancer recurrence, seen by AXUMIN PET scan, has on prostate cancer.
Talazoparib With Androgen Deprivation Therapy and Abiraterone for the Treatment of Castration Sensitive...
Castration-Sensitive Prostate CarcinomaMetastatic Prostate Adenocarcinoma3 moreThis phase II trial studies the effect of talazoparib with androgen deprivation therapy and abiraterone in treating castration sensitive prostate cancer patients. Talazoparib is an inhibitor of PARP, an enzyme that helps repair deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) when it becomes damaged. Blocking PARP may help keep tumor cells from repairing their damaged DNA, causing them to die. PARP inhibitors are a type of targeted therapy. Androgen can cause the growth of prostate tumor cells. Degarelix, leuprolide acetate, bicalutamide, goserelin acetate, and abiraterone lowers the amount of androgen made by the body. This may help stop the growth of tumor cells that need androgen to grow. Giving talazoparib with androgen deprivation therapy and abiraterone may improve cancer control for patients with castration sensitive prostate cancer.

Prostate Cancer177Lu PSMA 617 is a new type of therapy which is designed to deliver high doses of radiation directly to prostate cancer sites in the body. The purpose of this study is to find out whether 177Lu PSMA 617can slow the growth of prostate cancer compared to standard chemotherapy treatment
Focal US-guided Cryo-ablation Using DynaCAD / UroNAV Preplanning / Guidance of Intermediate Risk...
Prostate CancerProstate DiseaseThe purpose of this research study is to determine the safety and feasibility of using the UroNav software and DynaCAD software for planning and treating prostate cancer as an add on to the already approved workflow of using ultrasound only during the cryoablation of the prostate. The software application may aid doctors in locating a prior biopsy proven cancer location from the UroNav biopsy that patients previously had and then use that information to guide the treatment.
