A Safety Study of LY3462817 and LY3509754 in Participants With Psoriasis

Psoriasis

This study is being conducted to determine how safe and how well tolerated LY3462817 is when given to participants with psoriasis. Blood tests will be done to check how much LY3462817 is in the bloodstream and how long the body takes to get rid of it. The study will last up to one year and one month for each participant. As part of protocol addendum, this study is additionally evaluating the safety and tolerability of LY3509754 in participants with psoriasis. Blood tests will be done to check how much LY3509754 is in the bloodstream and how long the body takes to get rid of it. The addendum will last up to 12 weeks for each participant.

Evaluation of Adrenal Suppression Potential and Pharmacokinetics of Halobetasol Lotion 0.05%

Plaque Psoriasis

The objective of this open-label multicentric study is to determine the adrenal suppression potential and the pharmacokinetic (PK) properties of halobetasol lotion (HBP) applied twice daily for up to two weeks in subjects aged 12 to 16 years 11 months with stable plaque psoriasis. Subject enrollment will continue until at least 20 subjects with both screening and end of study (EOS) serum cortisol data (pre- and pos-tcosyntropin stimulation) have completed the study without any significant protocol violations (evaluable subjects). This may require the enrollment of approximately 25 subjects.

Mechanistically-based Optimization of UV Radiation Therapy in Psoriasis

Psoriasis

The purpose of this study is 1) to determine whether Imiquimod or Steroid pretreatment modifies UVB laser light response resulting in increased cell death compared to UVB laser light alone; 2) to determine if pretreatment of psoriatic lesions with Imiquimod or Steroid prior to UVB laser light exposure selectively effects various T cell functions; 3) to determine clinical results from the Imiquimod/Steroid/UVB laser light and correlate those changes with immuno-histochemical changes in the skin; and 4) to determine if single high dose lesion limited UVB laser light intervention combined with Imiquimod or Steroid influences T cell changes

The Effect of Weight Loss on Psoriasis Area Severity Index in Adult Psoriasis Patients

PsoriasisObesity

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect that weight loss has on the severity of psoriasis in obese subjects. Fifty obese (BMI equal to or greater than 30) patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis will be enrolled in a weight loss intervention program. The severity of their psoriasis will be reevaluated at month 3 and month 6 of the program to determine what effect weight loss has had on their psoriasis. Serum TNF-alpha will be measured at month 0 and month 6. The hypothesis that will be tested is that weight loss will lead to a significant improvement in the severity of psoriasis and a reduction in TNF-alpha levels.
