The investigators plan to conduct a randomized controlled trial to evaluate the effectiveness and the cost effectiveness of an on-line eLearning program (entitled Employment and Arthritis: Making it Work) designed to help people with inflammatory arthritis stay employed. The program also includes assessments with 1) an occupational therapist, and 2) a vocational rehabilitation counsellor at the end of the program to help participants identify and obtain necessary changes at work. People from three provinces will be recruited from collaborators' patient and program recipient lists. The study group will receive the program intervention and the control group will receive "usual care" and printed educational material. All participants will be followed for five years. The effectiveness of the program at improving at work productivity and reducing work cessation will be evaluated compared to a control group receiving printed material on employment and arthritis.

The overall aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of an interdisciplinary combined clinic intervention compared to usual care in a population of patients with two or more Immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs).

This prospective, non-interventional, research registry is designed to study the comparative effectiveness and comparative safety of approved treatments for PsA-SpA in a cohort of patients cared for by rheumatologists across North America. Secondary objectives include analyzing the epidemiology and natural history of the disease, its comorbidities, and current treatment practices.

This study evaluates the potential effects on pain, pain-related symptoms and quality of life of a yoga-mindfulness program, compared to patient education and physiotherapy, for patients with inflammatory arthritis and persistent pain problems.

Sex and gender are important factors that influence treatment response in PsA. The goal of this multi-centre observational study is to understand how sex and gender influence response to advanced therapies in psoriatic arthritis (PsA). The investigators hope to discover biological and socio-cultural mechanisms that explain the differences in treatment response between men and women with PsA. The study investigators plan to recruit patients from approximately 30 sites across the world. Men and women with active PsA will be assessed before and after they start advanced therapies and information will be collected about sex- and gender-related factors through questionnaires and physical examination. Physicians will assess the patient response to treatment. The investigators will compare the response to treatment in men and women and assess what biological and socio-cultural factors contribute to differences in treatment response.

This study learn how easily patients can use an educational tool that will be created for patients with melanoma and pre-existing autoimmune diseases who receive or will receive immune checkpoint inhibitor drugs. Patients will be asked their opinions about the design, accessibility, and content of the tool. Researchers will use the information collected to improve the educational materials that will help patients make future decisions about their treatment.

Current increase in the number of multidisciplinary consultations, but little documentation on their impact on patient management. More specifically, in the context of psoriatic arthritis, we are seeking to investigate the interest for the patient, through his or her satisfaction and the evolution of the activity of his or her pathology, of a global, joint management in Rheumatology and Dermatology.

The German Spondyloarthritis Inception cohort (GESPIC) was started 2000 as a prospective, longitudinal, multicentre, nationwide study in Germany on patients with early SpA including ankylosing spondylitis (AS, also known as radiographic axial spondyloarthritis) and non-radiographic axial SpA. The objectives of GESPIC are to learn about the course of SpA during the very early stage of the disease, to appropriately assess the outcome including radiographic progression of patients after several years of follow-up, to identify outcome predictors, to assess quality of life, function, and costs (direct and indirect costs). GESPIC has been recently expanded to recruit patients with other forms of SpA / conditions associated with SpA: acute anterior uveitis, Crohn's disease as well as with psoriasis / axial psoriatic arthritis.
