There are many scales for screening or assessing the impact of a disease. These scales are generally used to diagnose or assess the severity of a disease and are carried out at the request of a physician by the patient. Conversational agents could make it possible to administer these questionnaires remotely, analyse them and use the results on a large scale, without prior medical intervention. The main objective of this study is to quantify and qualify the distress of a large population in times of pandemic crisis.

The COVID-19 pandemic is profoundly changing the way people live and work. After the health impact, it is the mental and psychological impact that reaches varying degrees in the entire world population. The previous Asian epidemics have had a lasting impact on the health professionals concerned. In France, no study has yet assessed the psychological impact of this health crisis on the level of health professionals. Investigators propose to study prospectively the evolution of the state of stress and anxiety of all the professionals practicing within the gynecology-obstetrics departments of 18 French hospitals. Investigators also hypothesize that the mental repercussions in terms of stress and anxiety within the same service could be different depending on the professional status and the place of exercise (the French regions being impacted in different ways). In addition to the epidemiological interest, the results of this study may help us to target regions and professionals who will need psychological support during and after this serious health crisis.

The purpose of this study is to identify risks that may contribute to increased insulin resistance which may help explain some of the increased incidence of type 2 diabetes in American Indian Youth, at the Rosebud reservation ages 5 to 18 years old. If specific positive indicators of insulin resistance are present, individuals are recruited back in one year for repeat of all measures.

With the aim of evaluating the putative impacts of emotion related personality factors on physical and mental disease and the mechanisms of these impacts, 58 students were submitted to a social stress test (Trier Social Stress Test) and salivary cortisol samples were taken. The subjects were also submitted to several personality trait inventory, that evaluated respectively Alexithymia, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and the Five Factor Model of Personality. There is an objective lack of data on the body composition, nutritional status, cardiovascular status and lifestyle of adults on a plant-based diet (PBD). The aim in this cross-sectional study investigators will document the differences in the body composition, nutritional intake and general health status of healthy adults aged 18 to 80 years who are on plant-based diet of 0.5-10 years and to determine if their body composition status is associated to the duration of eating with PBD between the 3 groups: those that are 0.5-2 years (short-term), 2-5 years (medium-term) and 5-10 years (long-term) on PBD. This study will also include the monitoring of other factors of healthy and active lifestyle of PBD participants, namely the status of habitual and organized physical activity, the status of daily long-term seating, the status of stress and hygiene of sleep, socio-economic status and the motive(s)/reasons for starting PBD. Investigators will also record their maximum (lifetime) body weight, body weight upon entering the PBD lifestyle, and using data from participants, blood analysis to collect their basic biochemistry results, and data on current blood pressure status. The investigators hypothesis is that: (H1): There are no differences in nutritional status between people who are short- (0.5-2 years), the medium- (2-5 years) or the long-term (5-10 years) on PBD. (H2): At least 80% of the tested subjects have plasma lipid values and blood pressure within the reference values. (H3): There is difference in lipid profile and body composition between people who are short- and the medium but not between medium and long-term PBD.

Higher rates of psychosis are described in migrant population. Likewise, this populations could suffer several adversities during migration process that could lead to higher exposure to traumatic events and higher rates of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). There is a growing evidence that trauma is associated with psychosis onset. The aim of this research is to study the association between psychosis and traumatic events exposure/PTSD in immigrant population. Our hypothesis is that the higher incidence of psychosis described in immigrant population is associated to higher trauma exposure. A case-control observational study is performed. Patients who presented at least one psychotic episode are recruited from acute and chronic units at "Parc Salut Mar" (Barcelona). Estimated total sample is 196 individuals. Trauma exposure is assessed by validated trauma scales. Known factors associated with psychosis are controled during the statistic analysis.
