Conjunctival Mullerectomy is a well known procedure used to correct upper lid ptosis via a posterior approach. Patients who undergo this procedure are often given local anesthesia to alleviate intraoperative and postoperative pain. Local anesthesia can be given via frontal nerve block or subconjunctival injection combined with sedation in most cases. Both techniques are currently acceptable options for local anesthesia, however postoperative pain has not been systematically evaluated between these two techniques. The investigators aim to compare intra-operative and postoperative pain with these two techniques in patients undergoing conjunctival Mullerectomy for ptosis repair. Patients will be randomized to receive local anesthesia via frontal nerve block or via subconjunctival injection. In addition, the investigators will measure the surgical outcomes of the ptosis surgery with standard measures.

Study the device feasibility of non-surgical treatment for blepharoptosis (inability to open the eyelid) consisting of a biocompatible magnetic element adhered to the upper eyelid and a second magnet above the eye on a custom 3D-printed eyeglasses frame with a dial to provide adjustable magnetic force to open the eye while still allowing eye closure.

Main research purposes of this research is to compare the therapeutic effect and safety of the superior levator muscle shortening combined with the tarsus resection and the traditional frontal muscle flap in the correction of severe ptosis. Aside of above we also tend to explore the dose-effect relationship between the amount of levator muscle shortened/ tarsus resection and postoperative ptosis correction amount.So as to develop a more critical and specific guidelines for clinical treatment of ptosis. So during the research we will recruiting patients with severe ptosis and randomly divide them into levator muscle and tarsus group and frontal muscle flap group, and follow up those patient 6 months post operation so as to evaluate the amount of correction and the side-symptoms.

This study seeks to determine if bupivacaine injection of eye muscles can make them stronger and stiffer, and thereby correct the position of eyes that are turned in or mis-aligned, a condition generally termed strabismus. It seeks further to find out the different effects of various concentrations or formulations of bupivacaine, and whether addition of Botox to other eye muscles can add to the effect of bupivacaine and enhance the correction of strabismus.

The investigators hypothesize that injection of saline to the upper eyelids prior to lidocaine/adrenaline injection will reduce pain of the local anesthetic in comparison to injection of lidocaine alone.

Fibrin glue is widely used in ophthalmology for homeostasis and tissue recovery. It is commonly used in ocular surface surgeries such as pterygium removal and conjunctival lesions excisions. In Müller's muscle-conjunctival resection (MMCR), sutures are used to reconnect the conjunctiva and Muller muscle, which causes discomfort and pain for the patient. The investigators' goal is to explore using fibrin glue instead of sutures in MMCR surgeries to shorten the procedure's length and alleviate patients discomfort and pain. This is especially important in the management of children suffering ptosis, where sedation and even general anaesthesia is required for sutured removal as a secondary procedure.

Comparison of the results of levator resection operation with the use of fixed sutures technique in which the levator muscle is approached through skin incision and the muscle shortened and sutured directly to the tarsus then the skin crease reformed with interrupted sutures which pick up the underlying levator muscle versus the results with the use of adjustable sutures in which the suture passes through the levator muscle into the tarsal plate and out through the skin edge .the skin crease is formed separately so that adjusting the suture doesn't open the wound, the suture can be adjusted according to the result up to 4 days post operative.

Blepharoptosis, inferodisplacement of the upper eyelid, can be congenital or acquired. Acquired Blepharoptosis is usually aponeurotic, due to stretching or disinsertion of the levator aponeurosis. Treatment is surgical and can be performed by three common procedures - Levator advancement, Müller's muscle-conjunctival resection procedure and White line advancement. A number of reports inspected the possibility that Blepharoptosis repair procedures may cause deterioration in dry eye status. The investigators would like to assess whether there is a difference between the different procedures in their influence on dry eye status.

The goal of this observational study is to learn about blepharoptosis cases in national referral hospitals in Indonesia. The main questions it aims to answer are: - How is the clinical characteristics, types, and surgical evaluations of blepharoptosis in this particular setting Participant who include in this study is a patient diagnosed with blepharoptosis cases and complete medical history from January 2016 to December 2020 across 10 tertiary hospitals in Indonesia from 5 provinces

A prospective comparative study between the results obtained by applying frontalis muscle flap advancement and frontalis sling operations for correction of congenital ptosis with poor levator muscle function. Study will include evaluation of the functional and cosmetic results, recurrence rates, and the incidence and varieties of different complications between the two techniques
