Various driver gene mutations have been identified in lung cancer. Among them, human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2) was identified in about approximately 2% of non-small cell lung cancers.Pyrotinib is an oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting both HER-1 and HER-2 receptors. This study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Pyrotinib in patients with HER2 positive advanced Non-small cell lung cancer.

This is a pilot study looking at using stereotactic radiosurgery and full dose chemotherapy to treat stage II and III lung cancer that is not amendable to surgical resection.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of dendritic cells (DC) combined with cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells treatment patients with Extensive-Stage Small-Cell Lung Cancer. Experimental adopted recombinant adenovirus-code MUC1 and Survivin transfected DC, which are used for DC-based immunotherapy. Based on the results of our previously preclinical research with DC combined with CIK cells, the investigators plan to perform the clinical trial.

Nimotuzumab (hR3) is an IgG1 humanized monoclonal antibody that recognized an epitope located in the extra cellular domain of the human epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). Clinical efficacy has been shown in adult with head and neck cancer. The study assessed the efficacy and safety of the combination of Nimotuzumab administered concomitantly with chemoradiotherapy in patients with NSCLC .There is a tolerance trial of Nimotuzumab in Combination With Radiochemotherapy treatment before the randomization,double blind,muti-center sites trial of this treatment.

The current standard of care for unresectable locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a combination of chemotherapy and thoracic radiotherapy (TRT). The standard regimens consist of platinum-based doublet chemotherapy.Icotinib(BPI-2009, Conmana) is the first self-developed small molecular drug in China for targeted therapy of lung cancer.Icotinib is a novel oral quinazoline compound that has proven survival benefit in Chinese patients with lung cancer,especially in EGFR mutation lung cancer. This randomised, multi-center, controlled trial is designed to assess the efficacy and safety of icotinib with concurrent radiotherapy versus pemetrexed + carboplatin with concurrent radiotherapy in inoperable stage III non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR mutation, the primary endpoint is progression-free survival.

Single-center, prospective, controlled, open-label, randomized, two parallel arms comparing early Palliative care versus Standard care in patients with non-small-cell metastatic lung cancer

This randomized clinical trial studies radiation therapy and MK-3475 in treating patients with head and neck cancer, kidney cancer, melanoma, or lung cancer that has returned, has spread to other parts of the body, or cannot be removed by surgery. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Monoclonal antibodies, such as MK-3475, may block tumor growth by targeting certain cells and causing the immune system to attack the tumor. Studying the effects of MK-3475 with radiation therapy on the body may help doctors learn whether it may be an effective treatment for these solid tumors.

The purpose of this study is to studying neoadjuvant gefitinib followed by surgery, followed by adjuvant gefitinib to see how well it works in treating patients with unresectable stage III NSCLC harboring EGFR mutations.

This study is aimed to evaluate the progression-free survival(PFS) and also survival of IP and EP (head-to-head) as the first line therapy for extensive stage small-cell lung cancer and to explore the reasonable first-line therapy for Chinese population. An open-label, multi-center study will be conducted with dynamic randomization of approximately 1:1 ratio with an estimation of 308 eligible participants.
