Lung Cancer Screening Using DNA Methylation Changes in Circulated Tumor and PBMC DNA

Lung CancerLung Cancer3 more

A central challenge in the fight against lung cancers is how to detect disease in a noninvasive manner before it is detectable by imaging methods. Although inroads have been made with more sensitive imaging techniques for earlier detection of breast and lung cancers, these techniques are limited by the size of lesion that could be detected. Alternatively, several blood proteomic biomarkers have been proposed but none offer as of yet sufficient predictive power. Consequently, effective non-invasive tools as prognostic indicators and biomarkers of lung cancer is urgently needed. The purpose of this study is to develop and test non-invasive biomarkers based on methylation changes in PBMC and circulated tumor DNA in lung cancer patients.

Anti-angiogenesis Combine With EGFR-TKI in Advanced Non-squamous Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Epidermal growth factor receptor Tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR TKI) have been approved to treat NSCLC harboring EGFR mutation as first-line therapy. However, the acquired resistance of EGFR-TKI is a common and severe problem. The study explore the superiority of anti-angiogenesis drugs (Apatinib, endostatin, anlotinib) plus EGFR TKI versus single EGFR-TKI.

Efficacy and Safety of Anlotinib Plus Platinum Plus Pemetrexed in T790M-negative NSCLC

Lung Cancer Metastatic

This study is conducted to explore the safety and efficacy of anlotinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitors of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2(VEGFR)、FGFR(fibroblast growth factor receptor), platelet-derived growth factor receptor(PDGFR) and tumor cell proliferation related kinase c-Kit, combined with platinum plus pemetrexed in T790M mutation negative metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) after the failure of EGFR-TKI.

Rh-Endostatin (Endostar®) Continuous Intravenous Infusion

Lung Cancer

Endostar is a anti-angiogenesis product and has been launched in China . The efficacy and safety have been defined. However, the compliance is unsatisfactory since routine i.v of Endostar is needed for 3 to 4 hours daily during one cycle of 14 days. The continuous intravenous infusion by using venous pump can improve the compliance.

A Pilot Study of NK Cell Combined With PD-1 Antibody as Second Line Therapy for Advanced Driver...

Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

PD-1 antibody has been approved as second line therapy for driven mutation negative non-small cell lung cancer, but overall response rate is only between 15-20%. Basic study found NK cell can enhance anti-tumor ability of PD-L1 antibody. This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of NK cell combined with PD-1 antibody for advanced driven mutation negative non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) as second-line therapy.

Lung Cancer Stage IIPD-1 Antibody1 more

This study is a randomized, controlled, open-label, prospective, single-center phase II clinical study. Target population is patients with stage II and IIIA resectable non-small cell lung cancer who had not received systemic chemotherapy. Study objective is to evaluate the major pathologic response of SHR-1210 + carboplatin + paclitaxel-albumin in subjects with resectable non-small cell lung cancer. SHR-1210 is a humanized anti-PD1 IgG4 monoclonal antibody.

Lifestyle Modification Program for Lung Cancer Patients - A Pilot Study

CancerLung

Lung cancer is one of the most common cancer diseases, globally and locally. Several health benefits of increased physical activity (PA) have been reported for people with cancer. PA plays a critical role across the cancer trajectory, from prevention through to post-diagnosis and has been proposed as an alternative for improving physical and psychosocial health outcomes, reducing cancer recurrence, and cancer-specific and all-cause mortality. Although there are a variety of exercise intervention programs for cancer patients, those programs were quite intensive, requiring individuals to commit extra time and effort. Feeling of overwhelmed appointments, lack of time, other barriers, including high cost and limited access to facilities are the most frequently reported barriers that prevent people from starting and maintaining exercise. Hence, the investigators propose to use a brief messaging lifestyle modification intervention program to incorporating simple and easy-to-do patient-centred home-based lifestyle-integrated exercise into daily activities of patients with lung cancer. The aims are to increase patients' physical activity and improve their fatigue, emotion and quality of life, compared to the control group.
