Esophageal cancer is still a serious threat to human life and health. China in particular. Relapse and metastasis are important causes of treatment failure. Immunotherapy is a new treatment method, which can be used in combination with chemotherapy to improve the therapeutic effect. However, the role of immunotherapy combined with chemoradiotherapy in concurrent chemoradiotherapy of recurrent esophageal cancer has not been clearly studied. Our team will study it in detail. The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the effect of Camrelizumab in concurrent chemoradiotherapy of locally recurrent esophageal cancer.

This is a study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TQB2450 injection in the treatment of PD-L1 positive recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer.

Glioblastoma multiform is one of the most invasive and deadly cancers that progresses rapidly and leads to death. Surgery with radiotherapy /chemotherapy, as a treatment approach is ineffective in some cases and is associated with relapse and death. Immunotherapy is a special strategy that used as an adjunct therapy in various cancers and among the various methods of immunotherapy; it seems that cell therapy with NK cells is of special importance. A previous study conducted at the Royan Research Institute showed that NK cell proliferation and amplification resulted in the removal of glioblastoma tumor masses in the animal model. The animals had no evidence of tumor recurrence after treatment, and all tumor-related complications resolved after treatment. Therefore, in this study, the investigators intend to evaluate the safety of ex vivo activated cells in 5 patients with glioblastoma multiform whose disease has returned after treatment and who have not had any appropriate treatment.

Many pediatric brain and solid tumors have altered epigenetic landscapes, and altered DNA methylation. As such this study is a Phase I/Ib study of combined 5'Azacitidine with an escalating dose of carboplatin for all recurrent/refractory pediatric brain and solid tumors. The phase I component will establish with maximum tolerated dose of carboplatin with azacytidine. An expansion cohort will be recruited of up to 30 patients will follow consisting of 20 recurrent posterior fossa ependymoma and 10 recurrent supratentorial ependymoma.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) recurrence rate is high among liver transplant patients, while treatment measures are limited. This study plans to recruit 10 patients with Hepatitis B virus (HBV) related HCC who underwent liver transplantation and are confirmed to have recurrent HCC. The objective of the study is to assess the safety, tolerability and effectiveness of the HBV specific T cell receptor (HBV/TCR) redirected T cell in the target population.

This study evaluates the safety and tolerability of the investigational drug EF-022 in the treatment of adult patients with Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis (RRP). Patients will be administered EF-022, either intramuscular or subcutaneous, for a period of 6 months. Preliminary effect of the drug on the disease will be evaluated by following the number and severity of the lesions in the respiratory tract and the effect on voice changes.
