Gastroesophageal Reflux Treatment in Scleroderma
Gastroesophageal Reflux DiseaseSystemic Sclerosis1 moreThe investigators purposes are to define the prevalence of omeprazole resistance gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in systemic sclerosis (SSc), to compare the efficacy of omeprazole in combination with algycon versus omeprazole in combination with domperidone on the severity of reflux symptoms in omeprazole resistant GERD in SSc, and to compare the efficacy of omeprazole in combination with algycon versus omeprazole in combination with domperidone on the frequency of symptoms in omeprazole- resistant GERD in SSc.
Safety and Efficacy of Rabeprazole in Infants With Gastroesophageal Erosive Reflux Disease (GERD)...
Gastroesophageal RefluxThe purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness and safety of rabeprazole sodium, an inhibitor of gastric acid secretion of the protein pump inhibitor (PPI) class, compared with placebo in the treatment of gastrointestinal esophageal reflux disease (GERD) in infants 1 to 11 months of age.
Twice Daily Prevacid for the Treatment of Laryngopharyngeal Reflux
Laryngopharyngeal RefluxThe purpose of this study is to determine whether treatment with twice-daily Lansoprazole 30mg (Prevacid 30mg) and behavioral modifications for reflux is superior to treatment with behavioral modifications for reflux alone in the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR).
A Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind Parallel-Group, Placebo-Controlled Efficacy Study Comparing...
Symptomatic Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (sGERD)This study compares 4 weeks of treatment with Esomeprazole 20 mg once daily to Placebo in the treatment of Upper Abdominal Pain in patients with Symptomatic Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (sGERD)
Efficacy of Endoscopic Subureteral Injection for Vesicoureteral Reflux in Adults With Decreased...
Vesicoureteral RefluxEndoscopic subureteral injection for vesicoureteral reflux has become an established alternative to ureter reimplantation in children. Some recent studies suggest that ESI can be also a primary treatment option for VUR in adults. However, the experience with ESI in adults who have VUR associated with decreased bladder compliance is limited. We evaluated the efficacy of endoscopic subureteral injection treatment for vesicoureteral reflux in adults with decreased bladder compliance.
Efficacy of Pantoprazole in Patients Older Than 18 Years Who Have Symptoms of Non-erosive Reflux...
Gastroesophageal RefluxThe aim of the study is to evaluate the effect of pantoprazole on fast symptom reduction in hospitalized patients with NERD (non-erosive reflux disease) or GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease, Los Angeles [LA] Grade A-D). During the study, the patients will complete a patient-orientated, self-assessed reflux questionnaire (ReQuest™). The study duration consists of a treatment period of 7 days ± 3 days. Pantoprazole (tablet) will be administered once daily in the morning to patients with NERD or GERD at one dose level for each indication. The study will provide further data on the safety and tolerability of pantoprazole.
Study Evaluating Pantoprazole in Adolescents With GERD
Gastroesophageal RefluxThe purpose of this study is characterize the PK profile of single and multiple doses of pantoprazole in adolescents aged 12 to 16 years with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
Symptom Assessment in Adult Patients With Erosive GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) or enGERD...
GERDThe aim of this study is to compare investigator and patient-assessed gastroesophageal reflux disease symptoms in patients with erosive GERD or endoscopic-negative GERD (enGERD). An endoscopy will be performed at study start and study end. During the study, the patients will complete a patient-orientated, self-assessed reflux questionnaire (ReQuest™ questionnaire). The study duration consists of a baseline period (8 days) and treatment period (28 days). Pantoprazole (tablet) will be administered once daily at one dose level. The study will provide further data on safety and tolerability of pantoprazole.

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)The purpose of the study is to access the effectiveness and safety of oral rabeprazole in the treatment of acid-related disorders in pediatric patients, focusing specifically on the manifestation of GERD (symptomatic and erosive types).
A Study to Evaluate the Effect of Lansoprazole on Infants With Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease....
Gastroesophageal Reflux DiseaseThe purpose of this study is to understand how quickly lansoprazole, once daily (QD), improves feeding in premature babies or babies less than 28 days of age.
