This study will determine the effectiveness of adding S-adenosyl methionine to antidepressant drug treatment in reducing depressive symptoms in depressed people who have not responded to antidepressants alone.

The aim of the study is to investigate the safety of GH001 (containing 5-methoxy-dimethyltryptamine; 5-MeO-DMT), and to investigate its effects on severity of depressive symptoms, and its dose-related psychoactive effects in patients with Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD). The study is comprised of two open-label, single-arm study parts where Part A evaluates single doses of GH001 at two dose levels and Part B evaluates a specific individualized dosing regimen of GH001.

The purpose of this expanded access program (EAP) is to provide expanded access to esketamine treatment and collect additional safety data and quality of life until esketamine is commercially available for participants with Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD).

This is a prospective, two-arm randomized controlled trial. 100 patients diagnosed with resistant depression in psychiatric care clinic in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada will be randomized to one of two conditions: (1) enrolment in rTMS sessions alone (2) enrolment in the rTMS sessions plus iCBT. Patients in each group will complete evaluation measures (eg, recovery, general symptomatology and functional outcomes) at baseline, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months. The primary outcome measure would be changes to scores on the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale. Patient service utilization data and clinician-rated measures will also be used to gauge patient progress. Patient data will be analyzed with descriptive statistics, repeated measures and correlational analyses.

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of intranasal HS-10345 (84mg) compared with placebo in participants with treatment-resistant depression (TRD).

This study aims at investigating the persistence of antidepressant effect of Nitrous Oxide (N2O) for Treatment-Resistant Depression(TRD). The investigators also aim to assess the effect of N2O on the electroencephalograph, multimodal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), blood cytokines, feces bacteria flora and neuropsychological performance in patients with TRD. The investigators further aim to identify the predictors of N2O's antidepressant effeect using the above techniques.

The objective of this Implementation Trial is to evaluate the implementation of evidence based practices for Bipolar Disorder and Treatment Resistant Depression in small rural Federally Qualified Health Centers. The evidence based practices chosen and adapted by Health Center providers and patients in consultation with clinical experts include: screening for and diagnosing Bipolar Disorder, prescribing mood stabilizers, on-line cognitive behavioral therapy, on-line peer support, collaborative care management and tele-psychiatry consultation. A quasi-experimental study design will be used, with each of the six participating Federally Qualified Health Centers choosing one implementation clinic and one control clinic. Implementation outcomes include: reach, adoption, implementation-fidelity and effectiveness. Providers and patients may choose to use all, any or none of the evidence based practices based on their needs and preferences. Data will be collected from chart review and patient surveys will be administered by an Interactive Voice Response telephone system.

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of rTMS as an alternative treatment to ECT. The study will also provide data for a power analysis to support a larger clinical trial if there is evidence of a clinically relevant treatment effect.

The purpose of this study is to compare the safety and efficacy of buprenorphine with placebo for adults with treatment resistant depression (TRD).
