This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide when given together with brentuximab vedotin in treating patients with T-cell lymphomas that have come back or do not respond to treatment. Monoclonal antibodies, such as brentuximab vedotin, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving brentuximab vedotin and lenalidomide may work better in treating patients with T-cell lymphomas.

This study evaluates the value of Gallium-68 labeled PSMA (68Ga-PSMA) for PET/CT imaging of prostate cancer recurrence. 68Ga-PSMA is a radioactive molecule, which binds to prostate cancer cells. Together with a PET/CT scanner, the distribution of 68Ga-PSMA can be determined in the body. To test this new drug, participants will receive an intravenous injection of Ga-68-PSMA and then have a PET/CT scan. The scan results will be made available to study participants and treating physicians.

This study investigates the effect of a secondary intervention program for low back pain in patients with recurrent low back pain. One third of the subject will receive no therapy, one third wil receive 2 sessions of pain neuroscience education (PNE) and one third will receive two sessions of PNE and 5 sessions of exercise therapy over 6 weeks.

This phase II trial studies the side effects of autologous dendritic cells pulsed with tumor lysate antigen vaccine and nivolumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with glioblastoma that has come back. Vaccines made from a person's tumor cells may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving dendritic cell-autologous lung tumor vaccine and nivolumab may work better in treating patients with glioblastoma.

This study evaluated the safety and efficacy of VE303 for participants with primary C. difficile infection (pCDI) at high risk for recurrence or subjects with recurrent C. difficile infections (rCDI).

The purpose of this research is to study a relapse prevention program for adult former smokers in Northeast Ohio. The study will also look at how different people respond to the program. Participants asked to take part in this study because they contacted the team for help remaining tobacco-free or otherwise expressed interest in the program. The study includes completing surveys and receiving text messages to help stay tobacco free.

In this multi-centre prospective randomized controlled trial the efficacy of segmental acupuncture in the prevention of recurrent urinary tract infections will be assessed. The study (acupuncture) group will receive 12 acupuncture treatments according to a standardized protocol, plus recommendation for use of cranberry products. The control group will receive recommendation for use of cranberry products only.

The incidence of diabetic foot ulcer recurrence in one year can reach 35%. Plantar foot diabetic foot ulcer is the most frequently diabetic foot ulcer recurrence. The recurrence incidence can occur at least 14 days after the diabetic foot ulcer has healed. Physical activity and exercise are highly recommended for the prevention of diabetic foot ulcers. The study about the form of foot exercise to prevent a diabetic foot ulcer recurrence is still unclear. The major hypothesis was there is an effect of self-structured foot exercise on the plantar foot diabetic ulcer recurrences. The minor hypothesis was (1) The improvement of HbA1c, ABI, diabetic neuropathy examination score, callus, and walking speed can decrease the incidence of plantar foot diabetic ulcer (2) a self-structured foot exercise can decrease the incidence and the speed of incidence plantar doot diabetic ulcer recurrence. Participants were randomized into two groups: Exercise group (n=25) and control group (n=25). The exercise is the combination of flexibility and resistance exercise using a flexible band in 24 weeks. The incidence of plantar diabetic foot ulcers was monitored through the research process.
