Crizotinib in c-MET Mutation Metastatic/Recurrent/Persistent Endometrial Cancer
Endometrial Cancer RecurrentThe majority of endometrial cancer patients with disease spread beyond the uterus will progress within 1 year. Platinum-based chemotherapy was used as the first-line treatment in metastatic or advanced endometrial cancer. There is no standard protocol for the second-line option when tumors persist or recur. In vitro and in vivo studies showed Crizotinib, an approved drug for the treatment of ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer, demonstrated activities in endometrial cancer with c-MET kinase and Sema domain mutations. As a consequence, a phase 2 clinical trial to investigate the efficacy of Crizotinib in endometrial cancer patients with MET mutation is initiated.
B7-H3 CAR-T for Recurrent or Refractory Glioblastoma
Recurrent GlioblastomaRefractory GlioblastomaThis is a randomized, parallel-arm, phase I/II study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of B7-H3 CAR-T in between Temozolomide cycles comparing to Temozolomide alone in treating patients with glioblastoma that has come back or does not respond to the standard treatment. The antigen B7-H3 is highly expressed in glioblastoma of a subset of patients. B7-H3 CAR-T, made from isolated patient peripheral blood mononuclear cells, can specifically attack patient glioblastoma cells that expressing B7-H3.
Niraparib in Combination With Dostarlimab in Patients With Recurrent or Progressive Cervix Cancer...
Recurrent Cervix CancerProgressive Cervix CancerThe purpose of this research study is to test the safety of Niraparib and dostarlimab as a combination treatment and see what effects (good and bad) this combination treatment has on patients with recurrent or progressive cervix cancer.
A Study to Learn More About the Study Medicine Called Inotuzumab Ozogamicin (InO) in Children (1...
ACUTE LYMPHOBLASTIC LEUKEMIAThis prospective, randomized, multicenter, open-label Phase 2 study is designed to evaluate the superiority of InO monotherapy vs ALLR3 after 1 cycle of induction treatment in paediatric participants (between 1 and <18 years) with High Risk (HR) first bone marrow relapse CD22-positive BCP ALL, and to evaluate the safety and tolerability, PK and long-term efficacy. Treatment with study intervention will end after induction therapy; follow-up will continue for up to 5 years from randomization.
Rezvilutamide in Patients With Biochemical Recurrence After Radical Prostatectomy for Prostate Cancer...
Prostate CancerBiochemical RecurrenceTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of rezvilutamide in combination with androgen deprivation therapy(ADT) and standard salvage radiation therapy(SRT) or rezvilutamide in combination with ADT in prostate cancer patients with biochemical recurrence of prostate-specific antigen(PSA) persistence after radical prostatectomy(RP).
A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of A2B530, a Logic-gated CAR T, in Subjects With Solid...
Solid TumorAdult16 moreThe goal of this study is to test A2B530,an autologous logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic cancer (PANC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and other solid tumors that express CEA and have lost HLA-A*02 expression. The main questions this study aims to answer are: Phase 1: What is the maximum or recommended dose of A2B530 that is safe for patients Phase 2: Does the recommended dose of A2B530 kill the solid tumor cells and protect the patient's healthy cells Participants will be required to perform study procedures and assessments, and will also receive the following study treatments: Enrollment and Apheresis in BASECAMP-1 (NCT04981119) Preconditioning Lymphodepletion (PCLD) Regimen A2B530 Tmod CAR T cells at the assigned dose
RC48 Combined With Tislelizumab for Second-line Treatment of HER2 Expression in Recurrent Cervical...
Cervical Cancer RecurrentThere is currently no standardized treatment for patients who have undergone first-line standard treatment. In this study, We investigated the efficacy and safty of RC48 combined with Tislelizumab in the second-line treatment of patients with HER2 expression in recurrent cervical cancer.
The Safety and Efficacy of SNC-109 CAR-T Cells Therapy the Recurrent Glioblastoma
Recurrent Glioblastoma MultiformeThis is a single arm clinical study to estimate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of Chimeric Antigen Receptor-modified T cells (CAR-T) SNC-109 in patients with recurrent glioblastoma (r-GBM) and preliminarily evaluate the effectiveness, the immunogenicity of the product, as well as their correlation between the changes of cytokines from baseline level after cellular infusion.
COLLISION RELAPSE Trial
Colorectal CancerLiver Metastases4 moreThe primary objective is to demonstrate superiority of neoadjuvant systemic therapy followed by repeat local treatment as compared to upfront repeat local treatment in patients with at least one locally treatable recurrent CRLM in the absence of extrahepatic disease.
Pembrolizumab and Decitabine With or Without Venetoclax in Treating Patients With Acute Myeloid...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaMyelodysplastic Syndrome4 moreThis phase Ib trial studies the side effects and best dose of pembrolizumab and how well it works in combination with decitabine with or without venetoclax in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome that is newly-diagnosed, has come back (recurrent), or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Decitabine is in a class of medications called hypomethylation agents. It works by helping the bone marrow produce normal blood cells and by killing abnormal cells in the bone marrow. Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. This trial may help doctors find the best dose of pembrolizumab that can be safely given in combination with decitabine with or without venetoclax, and to determine what side effects are seen with this treatment.
