Hepatocellular CarcinomaAdjuvant TherapyThis is an open label, multi-center, phaseⅡstudy to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TACE sequential tislelizumab as adjuvant therapy in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients who are at high risk of recurrence after curative resection.
Acalabrutinib in Combination With Venetoclax for the Treatment of Refractory or Recurrent Chronic...
Recurrent Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaRecurrent Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma2 moreThis phase II trial is to evaluate the effects of acalabrutinib in combination with venetoclax in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma that does not respond to treatment (refractory) or that has come back (recurrent). Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as venetoclax, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Given acalabrutinib and venetoclax may kill more cancer cells.
NCCH2006/MK010 Trial (FORTUNE Trial)
Advanced or Recurrent Solid TumorsFGFR Gene AlterationsThis is a single-arm, open-label, multicenter, investigator-initiated Phase 2 trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of E7090 in patients with advanced or recurrent solid tumors harboring FGFR genetic alterations (including fusion, mutation, amplification).
Testing Combination Erdafitinib and Enfortumab Vedotin in Metastatic Bladder Cancer After Treatment...
Locally Advanced Bladder Urothelial CarcinomaLocally Advanced Renal Pelvis Urothelial Carcinoma17 moreThis phase Ib trial evaluates the best dose, potential benefits, and/or side effects of erdafitinib in combination with enfortumab vedotin in treating patients with bladder cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) and possesses genetic alterations in FGFR2/3 genes. Erdafitinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal FGFR protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This may help keep cancer cells from growing and may kill them. Enfortumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, enfortumab, linked to an anticancer drug called vedotin. It works by helping the immune system to slow or stop the growth of cancer cells. Enfortumab attaches to a protein called nectin-4 on cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. It is a type of antibody-drug conjugate. Giving erdafitinib in combination with enfortumab vedotin may shrink or stabilize metastatic bladder cancer with alterations in FGFR 2/3 genes.

Non-muscle Invasive Bladder CancerNMIBC4 moreThis study is being conducted to evaluate the safety and determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of UGN-301 (zalifrelimab) administered intravesically as monotherapy and in combination with other agents in patients with recurrent NMIBC.
Mobile Chat Messaging for Smoking Relapse Prevention
Smoking CessationMost smokers return to smoking (relapse) after making a quit attempt, but evidence of effective intervention to prevent relapse is scarce. Taking advantage of recent advances in mobile technologies, this study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a mobile chat messaging-based relapse prevention intervention in promoting successful quitting in people who recently quit smoking (recent abstainers) using a randomised controlled trial design.
NKTR-255 in Combination With CAR-T Cell Therapy for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Large...
Recurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma9 moreThis phase Ib trial studies the effects of NKTR-255 in combination with chimeric antigen (CAR)-T cell therapy and to see how well they work in treating patients with large B-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). NKTR-255 is an investigational IL-15 receptor agonist designed to boost the immune system's natural ability to fight cancer. T cells are infection fighting blood cells that can kill tumor cells. Lisocabtagene maraleucel is a CAR-T cell product that consists of genetically engineered T cells, modified to recognize CD19, a protein on the surface of cancer cells. These CD19-specific T cells may help the body's immune system identify and kill CD19-positive cancer cells. Giving NKTR-255 together with lisocabtagene maraleucel may work better in treating large B-cell lymphoma than either drug alone.
