Recurrence of Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Hepatocellular Carcinomaanalysis of the risk factors of intra-hepatic distant recurrence (IDR) of hepatocellular carcinoma within 1 year after radiofrequency ablation.
Screening MRI for Cancer Recurrence in Patients Treated With Breast Conserving Therapy
Breast NeoplasmsNeoplasm Recurrence1 moreA prospective, multicenter study: Primary objective: to assess the diagnostic yield of screening MRI compared to physical examination, mammography or ultrasonography in the detection of recurrence in patients treated with breast conserving therapy Secondary objective: to describe the size, type, grade, and nodal status of cancers seen only on MRI and to estimate the rate of benign biopsies and short interval follow-up induced only by MRI in this population.
Prediction of Relapse in Schizophrenia/Schizoaffective Disorder With Smartphones and On-body Sensors...
SchizophreniaSchizoaffective DisorderThis study is dedicated to achieving a better understanding of how to identify patterns that indicate someone might be at high risk for relapse in schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. The investigators are utilizing smartphone technology along with on body sensors to achieve this goal. The study will observe participants behavior in their natural environment for a period of 16 weeks or until a signal of relapse is obtained. Participants will also complete scales in a clinical research environment biweekly.
Atrial Electromechanical Interval and Pulse Wave Velocity in the Prediction of Recurrence of Atrial...
Atrial FibrillationThis study aims to evaluate the utility of the atrial electromechanical interval and pulse wave velocity in the prediction of recurrence of atrial fibrillation among patients who underwent successful direct current cardioversion for atrial fibrillation.
Evaluation of the Treatment of Recurrent Corneal Erosions by Anterior Stromal Puncture With Nd:...
Recurrent Corneal ErosionTraumaTo evaluate the clinical outcomes in patients with recurrent corneal erosions who received anterior stromal puncture by use of neodymium:yttrium-aluminum-garnet (Nd:YAG) laser.

Bladder Cancer RecurrenceThe purpose of this study is to detect recurrent bladder cancer using a combination of protein and DNA biomarkers in urine
Collecting and Storing Samples of Bone Marrow and Blood From Patients With Relapsed Acute Lymphoblastic...
Recurrent Adult Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaRecurrent Adult Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma2 moreThis research study is collecting and storing samples of bone marrow and blood from patients with relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia or relapsed non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Collecting and storing samples of bone marrow and blood from patients with cancer to study in the laboratory may help doctors learn more about cancer and help predict the recurrence of cancer.
Observational Study to Evaluate Bipolar Disorder Symptoms in Patients Presented With Schizophrenia...
SchizophreniaSchizoaffective Disorder1 moreThis study is aimed to evaluate the bipolar disorder symptoms in patients presented with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder or recurrent depression. Bipolar disorder is a group of mood disorders characterised by elevated or irritable mood episodes in patient's lifetime history accompanied by some additional symptoms. In this study modern bipolar disorders screening/assessment instruments will be used to explore the prevalence of bipolarity symptoms in patients who never been diagnosed with bipolar disorders. The results of this study could be useful for more accurate assessment of bipolar disorders prevalence in psychiatric patient population, could help to improve the diagnostics of bipolar disorders and management of bipolar patients.
Maternal KIR and Fetal HLA-C Genes in Recurrent Miscarriages
Recurrent MiscarriagesFor implantation of developing conceptus, placental cells need to invade mother's uterus to access maternal blood supply in a control manner. We have found a combination of maternal immune genes (the KIR family) and fetal genes (HLA-C) strongly associated with pre-eclampsia where placenta does not implant adequately. The aim of this research is to investigate these two genes family in women suffering with recurrent miscarriages and find a possible link between them.
Recurrence of Acute Alcoholic Pancreatitis
Recurrent Acute PancreatitisPreviously our retrospective study showed that almost half of the patients with acute alcoholic pancreatitis had a recurrent attack in the long-term, mild pancreatitis and young age being risk factors for recurrence. The aim of this prospective follow-up study was aimed to find out the risk factors in detail.
