The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB200301 as a single agent and in combination with tislelizumab in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses of HFB200301 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab until a safe and tolerable dose of HFB200301 as a single agent or combination therapy is determined. During the expansion part, participants will take the dose of HFB200301 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab that was determined from the escalation part of the study and will be assigned to a group based on the type of cancer the participants have.

A Phase 1, open label, dose escalation and expanded cohort study of P-MUC1C-ALLO1 in adult subjects with advanced or metastatic epithelial derived solid tumors, including but not limited to the tumor types listed below.

The goal of this prospective, multicenter, single-arm clinical study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of toripalimab in combination with axitinib for postoperative adjuvant therapy for non-clear renal cell carcinoma with high-risk recurrence factors.

This research is being done to study the safety and feasibility of implanting and retrieving a microdevice that releases microdoses of 19 specific drugs or drug combinations as a possible tool to evaluate the effectiveness of several cancer drugs against metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC). This study is designed to see if we can lower the chance of side effects from radiation in patients with breast, kidney, non-small cell lung cancer or melanoma that has spread to the brain and who are also being treated with immunotherapy, specifically immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. This study will compare the usual care treatment of single fraction stereotactic radiosurgery (SSRS) given on one day versus fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery (FSRS), which is a lower dose of radiation given over a few days to determine if FSRS is better or worse at reducing side effects than usual care treatment.

To find a recommended dose of donated NK cells that can be given with lymphodepleting chemotherapy to patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma, mesothelioma, or osteosarcoma. The effects of this therapy will also be studied.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare two kind of trocar in patients undergoing complex robot-assisted partial nephrectomy. The main question it intends to answer is whether the use of valveless trocars can significantly reduce carbon dioxide absorption.
