Interleukin-2 in Metastatic Kidney Cancer
Renal Cell Cancer MetastaticKidney Cancer MetastaticThe purpose of this study is to determine whether Interleukin-2 at the dose and schedule used in this study will help increase tumor shrinkage.
Clinical-pathological Characterization and Outcomes of Renal Cell Carcinoma in Latin American
Kidney NeoplasmsObservational, retrospective and prospective, analytical study. Data will be collected from medical records and/or contact with physicians and institutions (secondary collection and data). Patients who are included retrospectively or prospectively will be followed up during the data collection period to assess treatments and survival. No intervention is provided for in this protocol
Study of Vitespen (HSPPC-96, Oncophage ®) for Immune Response Assessment in Participants With Resectable...
Renal Cell CarcinomaThe primary objective of the study is to determine whether participants exhibit a measurable immune response after multiple administrations of HSPPC-96 (heat shock protein-peptide complex 96), as assessed by enzyme linked immunosorbent spot (ELISPOT) assay.
Axitinib in1st Line Treatment for Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Papillary Renal Cell Carcinoma...
Papillary Renal Cell CarcinomaMulticenter, single arm, phase II study using a A'Hern single-stage procedure in patients with locally advanced or metastatic papillary renal cell carcinoma (PRCC) in first-line treatment.
Sitravatinib and Nivolumab in Treating Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Kidney Cancer
Clear Cell Renal Cell CarcinomaMetastatic Kidney Carcinoma2 moreThis phase I/II trial studies the side effects of sitravatinib and how well it works with nivolumab in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Sitravatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving sitravatinib and nivolumab may work better in treating patients with kidney cancer.
Intraoperative Folate Targeted Fluorescence in Renal Cell Carcinoma
Renal Cell CarcinomaPrimary • To explore the use of OTL38 and fluorescence imaging to detect RCC in partial nephrectomy at the margins of resection, and in lymph node(s) or other metastases during radical nephrectomy.
Phase 1/2 Study of Tivozanib in Combination With Nivolumab in Subjects With RCC
CarcinomaRenal CellThis study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, dose-limiting toxicities, MTD, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of tivozanib in combination with nivolumab in subjects with metastatic renal cell cancer. This will use a standard '3+3' dose-escalation trial design. A cohort of 3 subjects will be enrolled at each dose level. If 1 of 3 subjects experiences a DLT during Cycle 1, that dose level will be expanded to 6 subjects. If 0 of 3 or ≤ 1 of 6 subjects experience a DLT during Cycle 1, escalation to the next dose will occur. If ≥ 2 of 6 subjects experience a DLT during Cycle 1, dose escalation will stop and the prior dose will be considered the MTD. This is a validated trial design for Phase 1 trials. Following completion of the dose-escalation cohorts and determination of MTD, an expansion cohort of up to 20 subjects may be enrolled at MTD to further evaluate safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of tivozanib in combination with nivolumab in the same target population.
Cabometyx and Avelumab in Patients With Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma (mRCC)
Renal Cell CarcinomaThis is an open-label, non-controlled, non-randomized, phase I dose-finding, of Cabometyx + Avelumab, to establish safety, feasibility, and the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of Cabometyx in combination with Avelumab, and to investigate preliminary efficacy. The MTD or RP2D determined in this study will be used for a future study to formally test efficacy. The MTD determined by dose escalation will be the recommended Phase 2 dose.
Stereotactic Radiotherapy and Anti-PD1 Antibody (Pembrolizumab) for Oligometastatic Renal Tumours...
Renal Cell CarcinomaThis investigator driven study will examine the safety, efficacy and biological effects of combining pembrolizumab (MK-3475) an antibody targeted against anti-programmed cell death 1 (PD-1), with stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy (SABR) for oligometastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC). The investigators hypothesise that the safety profile of this combination will be clinically acceptable.
Safety and Preliminary Efficacy of SBRT in Patients With Metastatic RCC Treated With Targeted or...
Metastatic Renal Cell CarcinomaAim of this phase 1b study is to evaluate safety and preliminary efficacy of stereotactic body radiation therapy in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma treated with VEGFR, mTOR or immune checkpoint inhibitors.
