Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, reactogenicity and immunogenicity of the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) candidate vaccine when first administered via intramuscular (IM) injection according to a 0, 1-month schedule to RSV-seropositive infants aged 12 to 23 months.

A Study to Evaluate Different Dose Levels of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Biologicals' Investigational...

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

The purpose of this study is to evaluate different dose levels of the investigational RSV maternal vaccine (GSK3888550A) based on safety/reactogenicity and immune response data. As this is the first time the investigational RSV maternal vaccine (GSK3888550A) is being been used in humans, this study will be performed in healthy non-pregnant women 18-45 years of age before testing in pregnant women.

A Study to Evaluate the Safety of MEDI8897 for the Prevention of Medically Attended Respiratory...

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of MEDI8897 compared to palivizumab when administered to preterm infants entering their first RSV season and children with chronic lung disease (CLD) and congenital heart disease (CHD) entering their first and second RSV season.

Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Investigational Vaccine in Infants Aged 6 and 7 Months Likely...

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

The purpose of this study is to provide critical information on the safety, reactogenicity and immunogenicity profile of the investigational recombinant chimpanzee adenovirus Type 155-vectored RSV (ChAd155-RSV) vaccine in infants likely to be unexposed to RSV and will assess a single lower dose and a higher two dose regimen, before moving to future studies. This study will also assess if there is a risk of 'vaccine-induced enhanced RSV disease' after vaccination of these infants with the ChAd155-RSV vaccine.

Evaluating the Infectivity, Safety, and Immunogenicity of Recombinant Live-Attenuated RSV Vaccines...

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the infectivity, safety, and immunogenicity of the recombinant live-attenuated respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccines RSV ΔNS2/Δ1313/I1314L or RSV 276 when delivered as nose drops to RSV-seronegative infants 6 to 24 months of age. This study was a companion study to Center for Immunization Research (CIR) 321.

A Phase III Study to Assess the Lot-to-lot Consistency of GSK's Investigational RSV Maternal Vaccine...

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical lot-to-lot consistency of the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) maternal (RSV MAT) vaccine administered to healthy non-pregnant women 18-49 years of age (YOA). In addition, this study will evaluate immunogenicity, safety and reactogenicity from co-administration of RSV MAT vaccine and GSK's quadrivalent seasonal influenza (Flu D-QIV) vaccine.

A Study on the Safety and Immune Response to an Unadjuvanted RSV Maternal Vaccine, in High Risk...

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, reactogenicity and immune response of a single intramuscular dose of the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) maternal vaccine compared to placebo, when administered in the second or third trimester of pregnancy in women, 15 to 49 years of age (YOA), with high risk pregnancies and in the infants born to the vaccinated mothers. Following a recommendation from the Independent Data Monitoring Committee of NCT04605159 (RSV MAT 009), GSK made the decision to stop enrolment and vaccination in the study. Ongoing study participants will continue to be monitored as part of the study.

Extension Study to Evaluate the Safety and Immunogenicity of a Revaccination Dose of the RSVPreF3...

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

Nine different formulations of the RSVPreF3 OA investigational vaccine were tested in the parent study (NCT03814590). Based on safety and immunogenicity data from the parent study, RSVPreF3 OA investigational vaccine will be evaluated in further clinical research. Participants in selected groups will be invited to participate in this extension study. All participants who will be enrolled in the current extension study will receive the RSV investigational vaccine approximately 18 months after they received their respective dose-2 in the parent study.

Human Challenge Study to Evaluate the Efficacy of MV-012-968 Vaccine

RSV Infection

The purpose of this research study is to evaluate whether the investigational, live attenuated, intranasally delivered vaccine MV-012-968 ('study vaccine') may have prophylactic efficacy against symptomatic RSV infection when administered to adults 18-45 years of age in the Human Viral Challenge model.
