Mometasone furoate nasal spray (MFNS) is a once-a-day product. This is a multi-center, open-label study of MFNS in children with perennial allergic rhinitis. MFNS will be administered to pediatric subjects (3-15 years old) with perennial allergic rhinitis at a dose of 100 to 200 μg/day (once daily) for 12 weeks. Subjects (subject's legal representatives) provided consent to continue treatment beyond 12 weeks will receive treatment for up to 24 weeks. At each clinic visit, observation of adverse events, nasal symptom scores, and nasal findings will be evaluated. The presence/absence of serious adverse events and trial procedure-related AEs will be reviewed 30 days after the end of the follow-up.

The objectives of this study were to: Examine the tolerability of two formulations and two dose concentrations of epinastine. Select formulation(s) of epinastine for future studies by evaluating the individual sensory attribute scores of the Nasal Spray Evaluation Questionnaire (NSEQ) collected after each study drug administration and the subject preference ranking assessed at the completion of the study. Compare the preference of two formulations and two dose concentrations of epinastine compared to azelastine following a single dose of each in a randomized, double-blind, two-cohort, three-period crossover design.

GSK2245035 is a highly selective Toll-like Receptor 7(TLR7) agonist capable of preferentially inducing the production of interferon alpha (IFNα) versus tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα). The aim of this FTIH study is to collect tolerability, pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) information to enable the identification of appropriate safe doses of intranasal (i.n) GSK2245035, associated with up-regulation of TLR7-mediated genes in the nasal milieu, for use in subsequent clinical drug development studies. There will be two parts to the study: Healthy Volunteers will be dosed in escalating single doses in Part 1, followed by Allergic Rhinitis (AR) subjects dosed similarly in Part 2.
