The purpose of this study is to evaluate the non-inferiority of the clinical efficacy of the mometasone nasal gel in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.

A single center, double-blind, randomized, dose-escalation study to assess the safety, tolerability and efficacy of 3 doses of AD17002 in comparison to placebo. Subjects will be randomized at 3:1 ratios in each of 3 cohorts to receive AD17002 or placebo.

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the drug Cloratadd D ® (loratadine + pseudoephedrine sulfate - EMS S/A) compared to the drug Claritin D ® (loratadine + pseudoephedrine sulfate - Schering Plough) in patients with allergic rhinitis by quantification of the scores of clinical parameters (signs and symptoms) and laboratory (nasal flow) down through time.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether childhood atopic disease decrease or not after allowing allergic mothers intake of probiotic (Lactobacillus GG) in second trimester, followed by infant intake for 6 months after birth.

The investigators had conducted a double-blind, randomized placebo-controlled clinical trial studying the effects of 6 months probiotics supplementation from birth on allergic disease and sensitization up to 2 years of age. This follow-up study will extend a further 3 years to 5 years of age for assessing the longer term beneficial effects of this form of probiotics intervention on the incidence of allergic disease and sensitization at 5 years of age.
