The purpose of this study is to evaluate a previously FDA-approved medication that is known to help with allergy symptoms to see if it can decrease symptoms in patients with Meniere's Disease.

The goal of this study is to compare ten current and readily available FDA approved allergy skin prick devices to determine the most sensitive and specific product and methods used for the diagnosis of allergic disease. The primary outcome will be to determine the analytical sensitivity and specificity of all ten skin prick devices by measuring wheal and flare response to histamine and control diluent in 1mm increments. Secondary outcomes include comparison of skin prick technique, optimum histamine concentration, patient comfort, reproducibility, and the comparability of high-resolution digital images.

In a previous study the investigators found that many bakery workers were sensitized to storage mites, and many had rhinitis symptoms. The role of storage mites as an occupational allergen with clinical relevance has been questioned, and the investigators wanted to investigate whether a nasal provocation with a storage mite extract would trigger symptoms and objective signs of rhinitis in bakery workers and a control group.

Assessment of skin reactivity by skin prick tests to synthetic peptides derived from the major birch allergen bet v 1, in subjects allergic to birch pollen.

The investigators hypothesize that treatment with QNASL will reduce nasal mucosal inflammation induced by the allergy season and prevent the changes in the microbiome caused by the allergy season.

The clinical relevance of an allergen-specific sensitization is proven e.g., by allergen challenge tests in clinical routine. Several protocols for different challenge tests such as nasal (NPT), bronchial (BPT) or conjunctival provocation test (CPT) have been proposed. Beneath others, the CPT is broadly used in both clinical trials and routine because of its feasibility. However, there is no internationally harmonized standard regarding the clinical interpretation of CPT results as well as a lack of validation of a specific outcome score. Therefore, this trial aims to investigate and validate a new scoring system for CPT results in order to provide this test as a useful method in future clinical trials.

Double blind protocol treatment of 2/3 of the patients with omalizumab and 1/3 placebo administer for 4 months.
