The purpose of this study is to validate a practical risk score to predict the mechanical complication of ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).

To compare the outcome of Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) reconstruction performed using the tibialis allograft to historical outcomes of ACL reconstruction patients and to establish if any correlation exists between the age of the graft donor and the clinical outcomes.

A major goal of modern perinatal and neonatal medicine is to reduce the rate of developmental disabilities, especially mental retardation. Cerebral palsy is frequently associated with neurologic abnormalities and mental retardation. Improvements in neonatal intensive care have resulted in improved survival of very low birthweight infants but also in an increased frequency of cerebral palsy. Prematurity is a leading risk factor for cerebral palsy. Two thirds of preterm neonates are born to mothers with preterm labor with intact membranes or preterm premature rupture of membranes. A growing body of evidence suggests that these conditions are heterogeneous. This is an observational cohort study designed to identify the mechanisms of disease in patients with preterm labor/contractions and preterm premature rupture of membranes and to describe the relationship between clinical, biochemical, histological, biophysical parameters and the development of infant neurological disorders.

Retrospective study in order to investigate the outcome after conservative (with or without transcatheter arterial embolization) and surgical treatment of splenic injuries.

The objective of this study is to examine how elongation of the Achilles tendon develops during the first year after rupture among patients with an Achilles tendon rupture, and how it affects physical function. The aim is to define a cutoff of acceptable elongation dividing the patients who obtain normal physical function (Limb Symmetry Index > 90%) from those who do not. Patients treated both operatively and non-operatively will be included.

To compare Child-Pugh and Albumin-Bilirubin scores in patients with spontaneous rupture of hepatocellular carcinoma

The purpose of the trial is to optimize the diagnostics of subscapularis tendon tears and as the circumstances require to found a new classification. The prime objective is a comparison of the conclusive of the clinic check-up, the sonographic and magnetic resonance tomography findings. The secondary objective is to detect the correlation of the outcome with the age , the gender, the pathogenesis and attendant injuries.

With this project the investigators wish to: Test the reproducibility of Amlang's ultrasound classification by examining the intra- and inter-rater reliability. Investigate whether Amlang's ultrasound classification is able to predict which patients are likely to develop complications when treated non-operatively. Investigate whether Barfod's length measurement is able to predict which patients are likely to develop complications when treated non-operatively.
