Amnesia After Surgery for Anterior Communicating Aneurysm: High Resolution Magnetic Resonance (MR)...
Subarachnoid HemorrhageCerebral Aneurysm1 moreTo clarify whether amnesia after treatment of anterior communicating aneurysm (ACoA)is related to infarcts caused by occlusion or damage of the perforating artery of the ACoA, we used 3.0-T 3D high resolution MR imaging to identify and localize infarcts in patients with amnesia following treatment of ACoA aneurysm.

Screening and Access to Health Care for Vascular Disease
Aortic AneurysmAbdominal2 moreThis is a pilot study designed to validate our methods of recruitment, screening and data collection in the community. The project will help to establish the feasibility of the study design to lay the groundwork for a potentially larger study. The final study will allow us to estimate the incidence and prevalence of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), carotid artery stenosis, and peripheral artery disease (PAD) in different geographic areas in a large urban setting, as well as determine patient access to healthcare and treatment for vascular disease as related to geographic and racial differences.

PRESERVE-Zenith® Branch Endovascular Graft-Iliac Bifurcation
Aortoiliac AneurysmsIliac AneurysmsThe purpose of this extended study is to collect confirmatory safety and effectiveness data on the Zenith® Branch Endovascular Graft-Iliac Bifurcation in combination with the commercially available Atrium iCAST™ covered stent in the treatment of aortoiliac and iliac aneurysms.

Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring During Aortic Surgery
Aortic AneurysmThoracicThe primary objective of this study is to evaluate if the motor-evoked potentials/motor action potential amplitude ratio and motor action potential amplitude measurement are useful in detecting spinal cord ischemia during thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms surgery. The secondary objective is to evaluate the presence of a correlation between neurophysiological changes and other factors (such as surgical maneuvers, anesthetic and physiologic changes) in order to find which factor is the most important in determining spinal cord ischemia. This study is an observational, single-center, prospective study on patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms undergoing surgical repair with intraoperative motor-evoked potentials and somatosensory evoked potentials monitoring.

Contrast Ultrasound in the Surveillance of Endovascular Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair
Endovascular Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm RepairThe purpose of this study is to support the suspected expectation that Contrast enhanced Ultrasound (CUS) detects all endoleaks that have been detected by Computed Tomography (CT), and also find a number of leaks missed by CT. The investigators' primary goal is to detect no difference between CT and CUS and provide evidence that CUS is a possible alternative to CT.

Endurant™ Stent Graft System in the Treatment of Infra-renal Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms (ENDURANT...
AneurysmAortic Aneurysm5 moreThe purpose of this study is to assess the benefits of endovascular repair with Endurant Stent Graft System by documenting overall mortality, complications, the rate of conversion to open surgical repair, and the development and rupture of the aneurysm on a long term, i.e. at 5 years, in a cohort of patients representative of the population treated under real-life conditions of use in France.

Observatory of Screening Aneurysms of the Abdominal Aorta During Echocardiography. National Epidemiological...
Abdominal Aortic AneurysmsStudy of the prevalence of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms (AAA) (> 3 cm) in patients with echocardiography (transthoracic or) during a specific day, with cardiologists in France. This is a cross-sectional epidemiological investigation, assembling evidence from a routine ultrasound screening for AAA at the waning of echocardiograms performed during a specific day. The study will be offered a list of centers selected by the Scientific Committee in the complete list of locations being in France, the subsidiary of echocardiography Echocardiography of French Society of Cardiology. These centers will be 500 in number representative of the French centers, geographically and by type of centers.

Hypopituitarism Following Traumatic Brain Injury or Spontaneous Subarachnoidal Haemorrhages
Brain InjuriesIntracranial AneurysmThe purpose of this study is to assess the prevalence and predictors of pituitary dysfunction, as well as secondary out-come in patients with traumatic brain injury or spontaneous subarachnoidal haemorrhages.

Influence of Statins in Artery Aneurysms
StatinAneurysm1 moreThe altered balance between the proteinases and their tissue inhibitors (TIMPS) is one of the pathogenetical mechanism of the aneurysmatic connective tissue degeneration. The increasement of protease, collagenase and elastase activity results indeed in a dramatic drop of collagen and elastin tissue and serum levels.Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMPs) are a group of proteolytic enzymes that along with their specific and non-specific inhibitors modulate the extracellular matrix composition. Recent studies have suggested an interesting role of microRNAs (miRNAs) in the regulation mechanisms of inflammation. The aim of our study is to analyse the influence of statin treatment on aneurysmatic disease by monitoring MMPs and miRNAs in aneurysmatic wall tissue and MMps blood levels.

pCONUS2 Treatment of Wide Neck Intracranial Aneurysms 2
Intracranial AneurysmTo assess safety and efficacy of pCONUS2 for the treatment of wide neck bifurcation aneurysms.
