REGISTRY for the Use of a Software for Automatic Detection of the Evolution of Aneurysmal Volume...

Aneurysm Aortic

The objective of this registry is to find and validate a correlation between morphological indicators such as volume sac evolution, graft migration or length between anatomical landmarks with aneurysm rupture risk or complications such as endoleaks requiring re-intervention… Secondary objectives are the validation of the reproducibility and accuracy of a dedicated fully automated software enabling Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) segmentation to measure AAA diameter, volume evolution and growth over time, proximal and distal sealing zones analyze as well as device migration and integrity after EVAR on computed tomography angiography (CTA). This validation is in comparison with semi-automated analyse controlled by physician.

Use of Sentinel Cells for the Development of Molecular Tests to Control the Quality of Cryopreservation...

Aneurysm of the Abdominal Aorta

The aim is to set up tools that will serve as quality tracers for cryopreservation procedures. To meet this objective, we have chosen to develop reference samples (sentinel cells) that, in the medium term, can be used as controls to guarantee the quality of preservation for biological samples. The biological tools and an optimised follow-up strategy will make it possible to validate preservation procedures at the CRB in order to guarantee the perfect stability of samples and the validity of clinical studies.

Compassionate Use Treatment for a Single Patient With a Custom Made Branched/Fenestrated Endovascular...

Complex Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

The FENESTRATED AAA ENDOVASCULAR GRAFT WITH THE H&L-B ONE-SHOT™ INTRODUCTION SYSTEM is neither commercially available or available as part of a clinical trial. IRB approval of this protocol was requested so that Cook, Incorporated may apply to the FDA for approval for one-time use of this patient-specific device for compassionate use for patient AO. It is a custom made endovascular device consisting of4 fenestrations for the celiac, SMA (superior mesenteric) and left and right renal arteries.

Low-profile Visualized Intraluminal Support -HUD

Giant Wide Necked Aneurysms

The MicroVention Low-profile Visualized Intraluminal Support (LVIS*) Device is intended for use with bare platinum embolic coils for the treatment of unruptured, wide neck (neck greater than or equal to 4 or a dome to neck ratio less than two), intracranial, saccular aneurysms arising from a parent vessel with a diameter of greater than or equal to 2.5mm and less than or equal to 4.5mm.

Registry Of Acute meDical Emergencies in Brazil

Acute Coronary SyndromesHeart Failure6 more

Critical patients in emergency room are seriously situations that need quickly diagnosis and treatment. Different predictors of prognosis can be related with mortality and morbidity in-hospital and in long-term. In Brazil, this kind of registry is not available. The aim of the study is analysis and report data about critical patients in Emergency Departments over all country, showing demographic, clinical and prognosis data about that in Brazil.

The Clinical Benefit and Risk of Oral Aspirin for Unruptured Intracranial Aneurysm Combined With...

Intracranial AneurysmCerebral Ischemia

The first purpose of this study is to find out the clinical benefit and risk of oral aspirin for unruptured intracranial aneurysm (small than 7mm) combined with cerebral ischemia in patients in the real world. The second purpose of this study is to get the prediction model of aneurysm's rupture in patients who has unruptured intracranial aneurysm (small than 7mm) combined with cerebral ischemia , and find out who is suitable for oral aspirin.

Development of Novel Imaging Markers Predicting the Progression of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Using...

Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA)

Study purpose: This study will investigate anatomical factors associated with increased risk of major adverse aorta-related event and accelerated growth of abdominal aneurysm based on 3-dimensional analysis of CT images. Study design: a multicenter single-arm prospective observational study. Subject: patients with small abdominal aortic aneurysm with maximal diameter of 30-50 mm (n=323) Methods: Patients diagnosed with small AAA based on CT will be enrolled after considering inclusion and exclusion criteria and prospectively followed clinically and with CT at 1 year. Primary endpoint: Major adverse aorta-related events (death, aortic rupture, or aneurysm growth >0.4 cm per year) at 1 year Secondary endpoints: 1) clinical events : death, aortic rupture, aneurysm growth >0.4 cm per year, surgical or endovascular repair 2) Changes in CT parameters of aneurysm: diameter, volume, wall shear stress
