Retrospective study to evaluate the impact of computational wall stress analysis based on computed tomography (CT) of ruptured and not-ruptured aortic aneurysms as an additional predictor for rupture with dedicated software.

Examine a new method based on fusion between ultrasound (US) and previous ultrasound/computerized tomography(US/CT) studies to evaluate the size of abdominal aneurysm and measure the changes over time and following invasive repair procedure.

In addition, the investigators will analyze the benefit-risk of antithrombotic or anticoagulant therapy in patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms associated with ischemic heart disease or ischemic cerebrovascular disease. The Cheetah NICOM is a non-invasive cardiac output monitor that has been validated in various clinical contexts but not during the occlusion of major arteries, as takes place in vascular surgery. The present study will evaluate the precision and validity of the measures taken by the device during open vascular surgery procedures. The measurements will be compared to the those calculated by transesophageal echocardiography at various key points during the surgeries. The validity of the cardiac output, stroke volume and stroke volume variation measurements will be evaluated, as well as the device's ability to track rapid changes in cardiac output.

Patients with a thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm in need of an endovascular or open operative restructuring will be asked to participate in this study. After obtaining written consent a central venous catheter and a liquor drainage will be routinely placed during surgery. The catheter and the drainage will stay in the patients for at least 72 hours postoperatively. In total, nine measurements of the liquor and serum will be performed within a week in order to determine the following parameters: neuropeptide P, neuropeptide Y, neurofilament triplet protein (NFL), S100B, glial fibrillary protein (GFAp), lactate, glucose, or oxygen.

Circulating endothelial progenitor cells CD34+144+CD14- et CD34+VEGF-R2+CD14- have been shown to be inversely correlated to aortic aneurysm size. However reference values have not yet been determined. This study is aimed to determine reference values of CD34+144+CD14- et CD34+VEGF-R2+CD14- in healthy men and women blood donors.

The Chinese Cerebral Aneurysms Survey is a continuing prospective study among middle-aged and older individuals (35 - 75 years) that aims to determine the prevalence of cerebral intracranial aneurysms in the general population with MRA at 3.0 Tesla (T).

The purpose of this study is to collect and compare EndoSure and EndoSure s2 Wireless AAA Pressure Sensor measurements with measurements from CT scan imaging, ultrasound, and other tests used to measure your AAA sac size and endoleaks following AAA repair, and during follow-up visits with your physician. An antenna is held over the patient's abdomen to measure pressure inside the aneurysm sac. The reading does not cause any discomfort, and dye or radiation is not needed to take the pressure measurement. To qualify, the patient must have a previously implanted EndoSure Sensor.
