Evaluation of COVID-19 Vaccines Given as a Booster in Healthy Adults in Indonesia (MIACoV Indonesia)...
COVID-19This is a randomised controlled clinical trial to determine the reactogenicity and immunogenicity of booster doses of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines (Pfizer-BioNTech, AstraZeneca or Moderna) in adults who have previously received either AstraZeneca or Coronavac as their primary doses. Both fractional and standard doses of Pfizer-BioNTech, AstraZeneca and Moderna will be tested.
Passive Antibodies Against COVID-19 With EVUSHELD in Vaccine Non-responsive CLL
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaCOVID-19Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) is a common lymphoid malignancy affecting older adults. CLL patients are immunocompromised by the disease itself and by several of its therapies. It has now been shown that many CLL patients do not mount an antibody response following COVID-19 vaccination and are therefore at risk of COVID-19 infection. Furthermore, patients with hematologic malignancies are known to be at increased risk of severe infection if they do acquire COVID-19 infection. The purpose of this trial is to document evidence of passive immunity to COVID-19 infection after EVUSHELD administration with serologic and neutralization assays at multiple post administration time points in patients with no response to standard of care vaccination to COVID-19. This trial will include a single dose of EVUSHELD to be administered, with a 1-year follow-up period, comprising of 8 health status visits. Blood samples will be taken at screening, baseline and at multiple health status visits over the course of the year for various antibody testing and analysis. T cell reactivity to COVID-19 epitopes will be studied at baseline and again monthly for 3 months in any participants that become infected with COVID-19.
Additional Recombinant COVID-19 Humoral and Cell-Mediated Immunogenicity in Immunosuppressed Populations...
ImmunosuppressionCOVID-19To determine whether providing a recombinant booster COVID-19 vaccine improves sustained humoral and cell-mediated immunogenicity against SARS-CoV-2 in immunosuppressed patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and/or solid organ transplant recipients. 120 participants will be enrolled and can expect to be on study for 6 months.
A Study to Evaluate the Immunogenicity and Safety of A Recombinant Protein COVID-19 Vaccine as Booster...
COVID-19SARS-CoV-2 InfectionThis study is a phase Ⅱ clinical trial to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of SCTV01E-2 in people of different ages who had been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccines. A total of at least 600 subjects aged 3 years and older who were previously vaccinated with domestically licensed SARS-CoV-2 vaccines with recommended doses and immunization schedules are planned to be enrolled. Group A included 400 patients aged 18 years and above, and group B included 200 patients aged 3-17 years.
To Evaluate the Safety, Efficacy, and Pharmacokinetics of Orally Administered Prolectin-M
COVID-19SARS CoV 2 InfectionProLectin M is an orally administered polysaccharide. Polysaccharides competitively bind to the N-terminal tail of human galectin-3 through a proline isomerization [10]. Galetin-3 (Gal-3) is 1 among the 15 galectins described in humans and also a ubiquitous human galectin expressed in various disease pathogenesis pathways [11]. The objective of this clinical study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a galectin antagonist, ProLectin M (a Guar Gum Galactomannan), in the treatment of subjects with asymptomatic to moderately-severe, ambulatory COVID-19 patients.
Immunogenicity and Safety of an Inactivated SARS-CoV-2 Vaccine Coadministered With Two Attenuated...
SARS-CoV-2 InfectionVaricella3 moreEligible participants were randomly assigned (1:1:1), using block randomization stratified, to either 3 groups. Group 1 will be immunized inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine and varicella vaccine in day 0 followed by measles-mumps-rubella vaccine(MMR) in day 28. Group 2 will be immunized varicella vaccine in day 0 followed by SARS-CoV-2 vaccine and MMR in day 28. Group 3 will be immunized inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine in day 0 followed by MMR and varicella vaccine in day 28. Vaccines were administered 28 days apart, with blood samples taken on day 0 and day 28 before vaccination, and on day 56. Local and systemic symptoms and serious adverse events following immunzation were collected.
A Phase II Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Immunogenicity and Safety of SCTV01C and SCTV01E in Population...
COVID-19SARS-CoV-2 InfectionThe objective of study is to evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of SCTV01C or SCTV01E as booster compared with Sinopharm inactivated COVID-19 vaccine as booster. The study will also evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of 2-dose vaccinations.
Partnerships to Address COVID-19 Inequities
COVID-19This study evaluates the impact of an intervention to increase COVID-19 prevention behaviors, including COVID-19 testing. The intervention will be developed through a crowdsourcing contest.
COVID-19 Vaccine Uptake Amongst Underserved Populations in East London
COVID-19Influenza1 moreThis is a randomised controlled feasibility study to evaluate a patient engagement tool (PET) that has been designed for the target population. The PET will be evaluated from previous qualitative data collected from community this feasibility trial. Eligible patients from six GP practises from Tower Hamlets and Newham will be randomised to the intervention or control during the study.
A Study to Evaluate the Immunogenicity and Safety of a Recombinant Protein COVID-19 Vaccine SCTV01E-1...
COVID-19SARS-CoV-2 InfectionThe study is a randomized, double-blind Phase II study. It will evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of SCTV01E-1. Approximately 400 participants aged 18 years and older will be enrolled in this study. 160 participants who have not been vaccinated with any COVID-19 vaccine will be enrolled in Cohort 1 and randomly assigned to receive SCTV01E-1 or SCTV01E in a ratio of 1:1. 240 participants who were fully vaccinated with 2 or 3 doses of inactivated COVID-19 vaccines at least three months ago will be enrolled in Cohort 2 and randomly assigned to receive SCTV01E-1 or SCTV01E in a ratio of 1:1.
