The Effect of tDCS on Schizophrenia With Negative Symptoms
SchizophreniaThe investigators conducted a randomized controlled trial to reveal the effect of tDCS on negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia and its underlying mechanism using the neuroimaging and electrophysiology.

[18 Fluorine(F)]DOPA Determinants and Predictors of Treatment Response in Psychosis
SchizophreniaThe first purpose of this study is to determine if dopamine synthesis capacity is significantly lower in treatment non-responders from illness onset relative to treatment responders. And the second purpose of this study is to determine the potential of [18 fluorine(F)]-DOPA to be used to predict treatment response to antipsychotic treatment in first episode psychosis.

Animal-Assisted Therapy in Patients With Schizophrenia
SchizophreniaAnimal-assisted TherapyAnimal-assisted therapy (AAT) can be helpful to improve the psychiatric, emotional, physical, and social status in patients with physical and mental illness and the elderly. The study aims to investigate the effects of AAT program in middle-aged and older patients with schizophrenia. The investigators will recruit 40 patients with schizophrenia in psychiatric ward randomised into AAT group and control group. AAT group will complete the 12-week program. This study contains two assessment sessions before and after intervention, including PANSS, ACIS, MoCA-T, CHI, DASS-21, CST, TUG and 5MWT.

Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for the Treatment of Treatment Resistance Schizophrenia
Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for the Treatment of Treatment Resistance SchizophreniaBased on the hypothesis that low-frequency deep transcranial magnetic stimulation(dTMS) on anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) could down-regulate the glutamate level of ACC and regulate the acc-related functional network in patients with treatment resistance schizophrenia, this research plan to utilise multimodal functional magnetic imaging method(including structural MRI,resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging and 1H-MRS) to investigate therapeutic efficacy of low-frequency deep transcranial magnetic stimulation on SZ patients symptoms,as well as to elucidate the correlation between treatment effects and glutamate level of ACC

Exploring the Effectiveness of Group Cognitive Stimulation Therapy in People With Schizophrenia....
Cognitive TherapyBackground: Cognitive dysfunction is the core defect of schizophrenia, which seriously affects the emotional, social functions and quality of life in people with schizophrenia. Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy of group cognitive stimulation therapy in cognitive function, depressive symptoms, social function, and quality of life in people with Schizophrenia. Research method:This study used a single-blind randomized controlled trial design. Participants's Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) score between 10-25 points are include. Chronic rehabilitation wards were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the conventional treatment group using blocking. The experimental group (EG) (n = 45) is receive 7 weeks, twice a week, 60 minutes each time of group cognitive stimulation therapy(GCST), the control group (CG) (n = 45) maintain usual care. Expected results: GCST can improve cognitive function, depressive symptoms, social function and quality of life in people with schizophrenia.
