A Study to Determine the Safety and Effectiveness of a Connective Tissue Allograft (ActiveMatrix)...
Adhesive CapsulitisThe purpose of this study is to compare ActiveMatrix® to standard of care corticosteroid injection in the treatment of adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder (frozen shoulder).
Efficacy of Prolotherapy and Hydrodilatation for Frozen Shoulder
Frozen ShoulderObjective: To determine whether ultrasound-guided Intra-Articular Hypertonic Dextrose and hydrodilatation improves pain and function in patients with frozen shoulder(FS)
Dry Needling for Shoulder Adhesive Capsulitis
Shoulder Adhesive CapsulitisShoulder Pain1 moreThis study evaluates the addition of dry needling to exercise as part of physical therapy for the treatment of shoulder adhesive capsulitis. There will be two groups. One will receive actual dry needling to the clinically determined shoulder / parascapular trigger points. The other group will receive a sham needle treatment to the clinically determined areas.
Simple and Evidence-based Examination and Treatment of Shoulder Pain in General Practice
Shoulder PainFrozen Shoulder5 morePrevious research suggests that general practitioners find handling patients with shoulder pain difficult and that the current care for shoulder pain is not in line with the best available evidence (1).This project aims to assess the effectiveness, costs and implementation of an evidence-based guideline for shoulder pain in general practice.

Adhesive CapsulitisTo determine the effect of pendulum exercises with the kaltenborn mobilization among the patients of adhesive capsulitis
Ultrasound-guided Hydrodistension in Patients With Adhesive Capsulitis
Adhesive CapsulitisThe present study aims to compare the efficacy of assisted rehabilitation treatment, in terms of improvement of pain and shoulder articulation, in patients with stage 2 adhesive capsulitis compared with unassisted home rehabilitation treatment. This evaluation is performed following the glenohumeral capsular hydrodistension procedure performed under ultrasound monitoring.

Trochanteric BursitisThe purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of Zilretta (FX006) in bursal injections and to assess the patient's impression to change in treatments, to their chronic pain.
Effects of Scapular Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation on Pain and Range of Motion in Patients...
Adhesive CapsulitisThe term ''frozen shoulder'' is defined as a clinical condition with restricted active and passive range of motion (ROM) in all directions, including flexion, abduction, and rotation. The objective of the study is to determine the effects of Scapular proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and conventional physical therapy among patients with adhesive capsulitis. The study will be a randomized controlled trial (single-blinded parallel study), consisting of 2 groups- interventional group A and interventional group B.Group A will be given conventional physical therapy and group B will be given conventional physical therapy alongwith scapular PNF.Scapular PNF exercises are not included in our routine PT treatment programs and there is limited literature related to the PNF techniques. These techniques help develop muscular strength and endurance, joint stability, mobility, neuromuscular control and coordination all of which are aimed at improving the overall functional ability of patients.
