To explore the clinical outcomes of discectomy with dynamic neutralization system(Dynesys) on treatment of single-segmental lumbar disc herniation(LDH) versus simple discectomy.

The research project is testing whether in screw insertion of spine surgery using "Anatase" Spine Surgery Navigation System is at least as safe and accurate as using O-arm assisted spine surgery- Medtronic Stealthstation S7 Treatment Guidance System.

To prospectively assess the outcome of PKP assisted with and without MR technology in treatment of OVCF with IVC.

Multi-center, prospective nonrandomized study of treatment for 1 and 2 level degenerative disc disease between L2 and S1. Patients will be followed for a minimum of 2 years. The primary objective of this study to measure fusion success in patients with lumbar degenerative disc disease using the ATB and ALIF/FRA Spacer. The Secondary objective is evaluation of the patient's quality of life, pain and function.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the fusion rate and clinical outcomes at 1 year of 20 patients with degenerative disc disease who undergo a Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion (TLIF) with the Stryker Tritanium Spinal System. This is an on-label, post-market outcomes study to build on the body of long-term evidence for the device.

Participants will receive an MRI with a custom-built MRI coil for each participant. The purpose is to find out whether this custom-built MRI coil can help doctors see the different parts of the spine as well as or better than they can with standard CT myelograms.

"In this study, the investigators plan to evaluate muscle mass and pain relief 4 weeks after performing epidural nerve block and Type I porcine atelocollagen injection into multifidus muscle in patients with chronic low back pain due to degenerative spinal disease for more than 6 months.

The investigators will do the Goal directed fluid therapy by protocolized fluid management in the experimental group, using PPV to guide the fluid administration, compare with standard fluid management in patients undergoing complex spine surgery.

This study will determine whether vertebral body tethering is a safe and feasible method of treatment for pediatric idiopathic scoliosis.
