A Study Evaluating AB248 Alone or in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Adult Patients With Solid...
Solid TumorNon Small Cell Lung Cancer3 moreThis is a phase I, First-in-Human (FIH), open-label study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic (PK) profile, and preliminary efficacy of AB248 as monotherapy OR in combination with pembrolizumab in adult participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The study will consist of a dose escalation and a dose expansion stage.
A Study of Pembrolizumab in Combination With Chemotherapy for Head and Neck Cancer
Head and Neck CancerHead and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma3 moreBy doing this study, the research team would like to learn if using a blood test that measures the amount of tumor DNA in blood can help guide how to use chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy for individuals with head and neck cancer. Using this blood test, the research team hopes to learn if intermittent (occasional) chemotherapy added to immunotherapy will work better than immunotherapy alone. Participation in this research will last about two years.
The Sinai Robotic Surgery Trial in HPV-related Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SIRS 2.0 Trial)...
HPV-positive Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell CarcinomaThe purpose of this study is to determine whether treatment of HPV-related oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma in patients with undetectable postoperative HPV circulating tumor DNA (cfHPVDNA), either with transoral robotic surgery (TORS) alone or combined with reduced doses of radiation and chemotherapy can result in cancer control and survival comparable to those previously reported with standard therapy. The hope is that with this newer approach, the long-term complications from chemotherapy and radiation can be reduced.
FAPi Radioligand OpeN-Label, Phase 1 Study to Evaluate Safety, Tolerability and DosImetry of [Lu-177]-PNT6555;...
Pancreatic Ductal AdenocarcinomaColorectal Cancer5 moreThis Phase 1 study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of [Ga-68]-PNT6555 and [Lu-177]-PNT6555 in subjects with select solid tumors that have FAP over-expression, in order to determine a recommended Phase 2 dose.
Oncolytic Adenovirus TILT-123 and Avelumab for Treatment of Solid Tumors Refractory to or Progressing...
MelanomaHead and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaThis is a phase 1, dose-escalation trial evaluating the safety of oncolytic adenovirus TILT-123 in combination with avelumab in patients with advanced solid tumors refractory to or progressing after anti-PD(L)1.
A Study of HFB301001 in Adult Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
Soft Tissue SarcomaRenal Cell Carcinoma4 moreThe purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB301001 in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses until a safe and tolerable doses of HFB301001 is determined. During the expansion part, participants will take the dose of study drug that was determined from the escalation part of the study and will be assigned to a group based on the type of cancer they have.
Risk Adapted De-Intensification of Radio-Chemotherapy for Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma...
Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell CarcinomaThis study builds on the results of several prior studies that we have been involved with to test the hypothesis that Risk-Adapted De-Intensification of Radiation Therapy and chemotherapy based on HPV subtype, plasma circulating free HPV DNA (cfHPV DNA) level, and cfHPV DNA clearance rate produces Local-Regional Control rates that are similar to what has been achieved with more aggressive therapy in patients with Favorable Prognosis Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OPSCC).
Pembrolizumab and Induction Chemotherapy in Locally Advanced HNSCC
Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaTo study induction therapy with Nab-paclitaxel, Cisplatin and Pembrolizumab in patients with Locally Advanced HNSCC.
A Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Plus Platinum and Gemcitabine as First Line Treatment of Recurrent/Metastatic...
Recurrent/Metastatic Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaThis is an open-label, single-arm, Phase 2 study of pembrolizumab plus platinum and gemcitabine (PG) in subjects with recurrent or metastatic head and neck cancer squamous cell carcinoma (R/M HNSCC). Evaluable 63 subjects with R/M HNSCC will be enrolled for examination of the efficacy and safety of the combination of pembrolizumab (200 mg IV on Day 1 of each 3-week cycle, up to 35 cycles) in combination with platinum (either cisplatin at 35 mg/m2 IV using a split-dose regimen on Day 1 and Day 8 or carboplatin at AUC 5 IV on Day 1 of each 3-week cycle, up to 6 cycles) and gemcitabine at 1250 mg/m2 IV on Day 1 and 8 of each 3-week cycle, for up to 6 cycles as first-line treatment. This study will be conducted in conformance with Good Clinical Practices. Specific procedures to be performed during the trial, as well as their prescribed timelines and associated visit windows, are outlined in the protocol.
A Study of Setanaxib Co-Administered With Pembrolizumab in Patients With Recurrent or Metastatic...
Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Head and NeckThe primary objective of this study is to compare the change in tumour size per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumours Version 1.1 (RECIST v1.1) in recurrent or metastatic SCCHN patients treated with setanaxib and pembrolizumab versus patients treated with placebo and pembrolizumab.
