Egg Freezing Pilot Study
InfertilityEgg FreezingUniversity Reproductive Associates is conducting a pilot study to study the technique of egg freezing. Your participation in this study will provide us with important information to allow us to offer this technology for women wishing to freeze their eggs before cancer treatments. Your participation will include a standard IVF cycle with your eggs being frozen for a brief period of time and then transferred back to you as usual. You will receive a significant reduction in your IVF cycle cost.
A Phase II Clinical Study of Lidocain Pertubation as Treatment for Couples With Unexplained Infertility...
InfertilityThe study tested the hypothesis that a pertubation with a lidocain solution will enhance pregnancy rate.
Pregnancy Outcomes With a GnRH Antagonist Protocol Versus GnRH-Agonist Protocol in ICSI Cycles
InfertilityCycles with GnRH agonist and GnRH antagonist were compared and main outcome measures were the number of oocytes retrieved, injected and fertilized, embryos transferred, and clinical pregnancy and miscarriage rates, were analized.

HMG Stimulation Versus HRT for Endometrial Preparation Prior to Blastocyst Transfer in Moderate...
InfertilityFemale1 moreEvaluation of endometrial preparation using either human menopausal gonadotrophin (HMG) stimulation and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) prior to blastocyst transfer in patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion (IUA).
Modulating the Vaginal Microbiome After Implantation Failure
Implantation FailureInfertility2 moreVaginal microbiome has in studies shown a link with the outcome of fertility treatment. The investigators wish to determine if it is possible to change an unfavorable vaginal microbiome using lactobacilli loaded vaginal supplements.
Predicting Endometrial Receptivity for Optimal Reproductive Management
InfertilityFemale1 moreThe purpose of this study is to understand why some women are infertile (unable to conceive a child). The investigators hope to learn if an endometrial biopsy after egg retrieval is feasible for detecting biomarkers for endometriosis and predicting implantation and pregnancy rate after embryo transfer. This study design will provide for the first time, an opportunity to compare endometrial biopsy material from hyperstimulated (gonadotropin treated) subjects after egg retrieval. If successful, it would provide a new protocol for women with unexplained infertility or those with known endometriosis to avoid poor IVF outcomes.
Sperms Activation by Direct Electrical Shocks on Testis in Infertile Males
InfertilityBackground : Up to 15 percent of couples are infertile. In up to half of these couples, male infertility plays a role. Male infertility is due to low sperm production, abnormal sperm function or blockages that prevent the delivery of sperm. Illnesses, injuries, chronic health problems, lifestyle choices and other factors can play a role in causing male infertility. Methodology : It is an interventional trial that involved 45 participants with infertility (Oligospermia, Hypospermia, Asthenozoospermia and Necrozoospermia). All the participants underwent a semen analysis for his semen count, volume and motility for a sample taken by masturbation. Then I gave each one of the participants a small device. This device gives an electrical shock up to 5 milliamps. I told each one independently to use this device properly on his testis every day and come for follow up checking every month. After the fourth months, I made the final checkup for everyone and records my data and make a comparison between (before and after) semen analysis.

Personal FET in RIF Patients According to Histological Dating of Endometrial of Natural/ Hormone...
InfertilityFemaleAt present, the evaluation criterion of endometrial receptivity is controversial. The development of a molecular diagnostic tool, the endometrial receptivity array (ERA) for diagnosis of endometrial receptivity . But use of this test in patients with RIF has shown that the window of implantation (WOI) is displaced in only a quarter of these patients and use of a personalized embryo transfer (pET) on the day designated by ERA improves reproductive performance with higher cost .what is known to the others'population? The morphological changes observed on histology for each specific day after ovulation were described by Noyes and his colleagues in 1950 . An endometrial biopsy that shows a difference of more than 2 days between the histologic dating and actual day after ovulation is considered to be ''out of phase''. But such pET studies according to the Noyes criterion are lacking . The aim of this study is to explore the Personal frozen-thawed embryo transfer in unexplained RIF patients according to the blinded histological dating of endometrial biopsies .
