Efficacy and Tolerability of Human FSH Versus Recombinant FSH (Follitropin Alpha) in ICSI.
InfertilityPurpose of the study is the comparative evaluation of the clinical efficacy and of the general tolerability of two different subcutaneous FSH preparations (Fostimon® IBSA Vs Gonal-F® Serono) when administered in patients undergoing ICSI

Hormone Therapy in Treating Patients With Prostate Cancer
Prostate CancerSexual Dysfunction and InfertilityRATIONALE: Male hormones can stimulate the growth of prostate cancer cells. Hormone therapy using flutamide and finasteride may fight prostate cancer by reducing the production of male hormones. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of flutamide and finasteride in treating prostate cancer patients with high PSA levels who were previously treated with radiation therapy or radical prostatectomy.
Luteal Phase-start Ovarian Stimulation With Corifollitropin Alfa
InfertilityTo evaluate the effect of random-start of ovarian stimulation initiated in the early follicular or luteal phase on the pharmacokinetics and follicular dynamics and embryo euploidy rates in oocyte donors treated with identical ovarian stimulation protocols with corifollitropin alfa and GnRH antagonist pituitary downregulation
Follitropin Delta in Long GnRH Agonist and GnRH Antagonist Protocols (BEYOND)
InfertilityFemaleTo compare the efficacy and safety of FE 999049 (follitropin delta) and its personalized dosing algorithm in controlled ovarian stimulation for in vitro fertilization (IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) using a long gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist protocol versus a short GnRH antagonist protocol.
Recombinant FSH Investigation in the Treatment of Infertility With Assisted Reproductive Technology...
InfertilityFemaleThis trial investigates the effects of FE 999049 compared to placebo.
Comparative Bioavailability Study of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG)-IBSA Versus a Marketed hCG...
InfertilityIn the present study, the rate and extent of hCG absorption will be compared between the two treatments in healthy women aged 20 to 45 years.
Effect Of Intravenous IntralipidTherapyon Pregnancy Outcome in Women With History of Recurrent Implantation...
Infertility Due to NonimplantationTo evaluate the effect ofempiricintralipidinfusion therapy on pregnancy outcomes in patient withunexplained recurrentimplantation failure (RIF) undergoIntracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
Misoprostol as a Treatment for Endometrial Polyps in Infertile Patients
Endometrial Polyps in Infertile PatientsEndometrial polyps are one of the main causes of infertility in women. In this work we propose an alternative, effective, economical and safe treatment: the use of misoprostol
Day 3 Fresh Transfer Followed by Day 3 or Day 5 Vitrification of Supernumerary Embryos
SubfertilityThis monocenter academic study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and cost effectiveness of two different strategies: fresh Embryo Transfer (ET) on day 3 followed by cryopreservation of cleavage-stage (Day 3) embryos versus blastocyst-stage (Day 5) embryos. The primary outcome is the cumulative pregnancy rate after all transfers (fresh and/or frozen embryo transfer cycles which might take about 1 year), up to two sequential cycles. The secondary outcome concerns a cost analysis of both strategies from the healthcare payer's perspective.
