Patient with an subacute ankle sprains will be assess following the mulligan concept and then randomized in two groups: Mobilization with movement (MWM) group and Sham group. MWM group will receive 3 sets of 10 repetitions of treatment (i.e. passive accessory glide during an active dorsiflexion) while the sham treatment will do 3 sets of 10 active dorsiflexion with the hand of the Physiotherapist only apply on the skin. 3 sessions with 4 days apart will take place. outcomes will be measure before and after every sessions.

Sacroiliac; Sprain (Strain)The SIJ has long been considered an important source of low back pain because of the empirical finding that treatment targeting the SIJ can relieve pain.This study was be a Randomized Clinical Trail conducted at Riphah Rehabilitation Centre Lahore. The study was be completed within the time duration of Six months. Purposive sampling technique was be used. Sample size is calculated by using the G power 3.1. The sample size of 64 patients was be taken in this study to find the comparison of regional manual therapy and standard physiotherapy intervention in females with sacroiliac joint pain. Patients was be divided into two groups.. Patients was be divided into two groups. Group A was be treated with regional manual therapy. In regional manual therapy patients was be given mobilization to lumber region and SIJ, pelvic floor exercises and core strengthening exercises and Group B was be treated with standard physiotherapy in which patients was be given SIJ mobilization and Straight leg raise. Both groups was receive transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator and heating pad as a common treatment protocol. Numeric pain rating scale (NPRS) and oswestry low back disability questionnaire was be used as Data collecting tools. Two session of treatment per week for eight weeks was be given. Data was be analyzed on SPSS 21.

Ankle InjuriesLateral ankle sprains are one of the most common in sports medicine. Considering the sprains in general, they represent an 85% of the ankle lesions. The incidence in high performance athletes range from 16 to 21%. It is estimated that 10,000 to 25,000 peoples suffers a lateral ankle sprain per hour in the United States. The objective of the treatment is to normalize the articular function and allow the patient to return to his or her normal physical activities. Platelet rich plasma is a simple of autologous blood with concentrations of platelets above baseline values. This is rich in platelet derived growth factor which stimulates cell replication, angiogenesis, transforming growth factor B1, fibroblast growth factor, epidermal growth factor, and insulin like growth factor. The risks of its applications are minimal and are usually involved with allergic reactions to other medications that are applied in combination with the platelet-rich plasma. To establish that the use of platelet rich plasma and immobilization with a short leg cast in acute lateral ankle sprains will enhance an early recovery in comparison with just immobilization with the cast.

In particular, this study is expected to provide information about the amount of improvement in back strain among subjects using the FLECTOR Patch, which may then be used to inform subsequent studies.
