Feasibility Study: Evaluation of the Treatment of Striae Using Ultherapy® in Combination With Laser...
ScarsStriaeUp to 20 subjects will be enrolled. Enrolled subjects will receive one of three study treatments in the abdominal region: Ultherapy® only, Ultherapy® and CO2 laser treatment, or CO2 laser treatment only. Follow-up visit will occur at 14, 90 and 180 days post-treatment. Study images will be obtained pre-treatment, approximately 30 minutes post-treatment, and at each follow-up visit.
Evaluation of Fractional Bipolar Radiofrequency for the Treatment of Striae
StriaeThis is an interventional open prospective randomized study, done in two sites. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of the combination of bipolar radiofrequency potentiated by an infrared light followed by fractional bipolar radiofrequency for the treatment of striae on the abdomen. In order to have a more complete and accurate study, each technology will also be evaluated separately. This will allow the comparison of the effect of each treatment, in monotherapy or combined.
Trial Comparing Treatment of Tretinoin or Superficial Dermabrasion for Stretch Marks
Stretch MarksStriae1 moreThis study aims to evaluate head-to-head the effectiveness of tretinoin 0.5% and superficial dermabrasion in subjects that have recent stretch marks.
Treatment of Atrofic Striae With Percutaneous Collagen Induction Therapy Versus Fractional Nonablative...
Striae DistensaeAs atrophic striae are common dermatological conditions. Various therapeutic modalities have been employed in the treatment of striae distensae, mainly in striae rubra. There are few studies that include the treatment of striae alba. The non-ablative fractionated laser and, more recently, microneedling are two distinct treatments, but they are widely used in dermatologist practice. The present randomized clinical trial is aimed at evaluating and evaluating the response of microneedle and fractional non-ablative laser Nd-yap 1340 in the treatment of abdominal striae alba.
LLLT and Fractional CO2 Laser in the Treatment of Stria Alba
Striae; AlbicantesStria alba (aka white or atrophic stretch marks) is a very common dermatologic condition that causes major psychological distress to those afflicted. We study the effect of low level light therapy using infra red diode 808/915 nm laser in comparison to fractional CO2 alone and combined both therapies.
A Safety and Effectiveness Study of CELLBOOSTER® Lift (Stabilized Booster Complex Using CHAC Technology)...
Skin FoldSkin Laxity7 moreThe current post-market clinical investigation has been designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CELLBOOSTER® Lift, a HA-based product marketed by SUISSELLE SA. For this purpose, healthy subjects with signs of skin aging with mild to moderate wrinkles, skin laxity, dry and dull skin on the face, received a 3-session treatment and were followed-up over a 4-month period after the initial injection. Several objective measurements of skin quality were performed with different parameters: skin elasticity, density, dryness, microcirculation, wrinkles, color/homogeneity. Clinical improvement was also evaluated, as well as subject and investigator satisfactions. The safety of the injections was also followed with injection site reactions and adverse events collection.
Efficacy of Fractional Carbon Dioxide Laser Combined With Platelet-rich Plasma
Striae GravidarumThis study determined the efficacy of ablative fractional carbon dioxide laser combined with autologous platelet-rich plasma versus ablative fractional carbon dioxide laser with placebo in the treatment of striae gravidarum of postpartum Filipino women.
Clinical Evaluation of the Efficacy of Fractional Radiofrequency for the Treatment and Reduction...
Stretch MarkThis is a prospective, single centre, evaluator-blind study of the performance of fractional radiofrequency (RF) for the treatment and revision of stretch marks. The study will evaluate the progress of 15 subjects requesting treatment of stretch marks. The study will involve four treatments on both sides of the face with 4 week intervals between each treatment. Subjects will be followed at 12 and 16 weeks after their last treatment. Analysis will be performed on all subjects who receive at least one treatment.
