Priority to Cryopreservation Strategy (PCS) in IVF-ICSI Cycles
InfertilityIVF2 moreThis multicentre randomized controlled trial will be done to evaluate a new strategy in IVF-ICSI practice that gives that priority to freeze for the embryos and goes to fresh embryo transfer only if at least one set of same quality embryos is available for cryopreservation.
Co-incubation of Oocytes With Sperm: Defining the Optimal Incubation Time
InfertilityThe current pilot study aims to evaluate the fertilization rates between sibling oocytes subjected to short incubation (2h) versus overnight incubation (16-20h). As secondary objectives, the abnormal fertilization, embryo development, blastocyst biopsy and euploid rates will be analyzed.

MVA to Improve the Pregnancy Outcome in Aged Infertility Women With Assisted Reproductive Technology...
InfertilityFemale3 moreThe goal of this clinical trial is to test MVA on improving pregnancy outcome in elderly infertile patients undergoing invitro fertilization (IVF). The main question it aims to answer is whether MVA could improve embryo haploid rate. Participants requested IVF are asked to randomly culture equal numbers of oocyte and embryo with or without MVA. Therefore, sibling oocytes were randomly divided into test group and control group.
Preimplantation Genetic Testing in Women of Advanced Maternal Age
InfertilityFemaleThe GETSET trial is a prospective randomized trial designed to evaluate the clinical outcomes of incorporating preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidies (PGT-A) in elective single embryo transfer in women between 35 and 40 years of age.
Evaluation of the Alife Hera System as an Adjunctive Tool for the Prioritization of Embryos Deemed...
InfertilityTo evaluate the clinical pregnancy rate (pregnancy defined as fetal heartbeat at 6-8 weeks) with the adjunctive use of the Hera System (Hera System used with traditional morphological grading) with embryos already deemed suitable for transfer compared to trained embryologists using standard morphology criteria alone.
Sperm Preparation Prior to Intrauterine Insemination Study
InfertilityInfertility Secondary4 moreThis is a randomized controlled trial comparing density gradient centrifugation and microfluidic sperm sorting in patients undergoing intrauterine insemination to evaluate cumulative pregnancy outcomes.
Growth Hormone to Improve the Clinical Outcome of Assisted Fertility in Young Patients With Decreased...
InfertilityThis study was a prospective randomized controlled trial. Patients aged <35 years with decreased clinical reserve function (AFC<5, Follicle stimulating hormone > 10miu/ml, Anti-mullerian hormone < 1.1μg/L) and receiving IVF/ICSI assisted ovulation induction in our hospital were included in this study. After randomization using Excel(Microsoft Corporation, Albuquerque, USA), these patients were divided into two groups. Group A was the experimental group, which was treated with growth hormone for 3 months (2 units per day) before IVF/ICSI. Group B was the control group, which was directly assisted by IVF/ICSI.
Impact of Complete Surgery of Colorectal Deep Infiltrating Endometriosis on Fertility
EndometriosisInfertilityThe ENDOFERT Study is an open, multicenter, randomized, parallel-group, controlled trial. This study includes patients presenting colorectal DIE and infertility. Patients will be randomized in two parallel-groups; one group underwent complete surgery of colorectal DIE prior to ART and the other group underwent ART alone (ratio 1:1)
Letrozole in Clomiphene Resistant Infertile Women With Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
InfertilityFemalePolycystic ovary syndrome accounts for the vast majority of anovulatory symptoms and hyperandrogenism in women. The diagnosis of Polycystic ovary syndrome has life-long implications, with increased risk for infertility, metabolic syndrome, and type 2 diabetes mellitus, and possibly for cardiovascular disease and endometrial carcinoma. Polycystic ovary syndrome is diagnosed in adolescents with otherwise unexplained, persistent hyperandrogenic anovulatory symptoms that are inappropriate for age and stage of adolescence. It should be considered in any adolescent girl with a chief complaint of hirsutism, treatment-resistant acne, menstrual irregularity, acanthosis nigricans, and/or obesity
