Frozen Embryo Transfer in Natural and Hormonal Replacement Cycles

Infertility

This study is a prospective randomized controlled trial to compare the pregnancy outcomes of frozen embryo transfer in natural and hormonal replacement cycles. The study population consisted of all infertile women with regular menstrual cycles who will undergo IVF/ICSI and frozen embryo transfer in Reproductive Biomedicine Research Center, Royan institute, Tehran Iran.

There is a Value of Luteinizing Hormone Predictive of in Vitro Fertilization Treatment Outcome in...

Female Infertility

This study, prospective randomized controlled trial, tried to identify a cut off value of luteinizing hormone predictive of in vitro fertilization outcome in a fixed or flexible gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist protocols. 202 norma-ovulatory women < 39 years were randomized to fixed or flexible group in GnRH antagonist protocols The follicular phase profile of luteinizing hormone, estradiol and progesterone in the two study groups was measured. Total number of retrieved oocytes, implantation and pregnancy rate were recorded. .

Effect of Growth Hormone on Uterine Receptivity in Women With RIF in an Oocyte Donation Program...

Female Infertility

105 infertile women are enrolled in the randomized controlled trial: 70 women with a history of RIF with donated oocytes and 35 infertile women undergoing the first oocyte donation attempt. Women receiving donated oocytes are treated with progressively increasing doses of oral estradiol followed by intravaginal progesterone after previous pituitary desensitization with GnRH agonist. 35 RIF patients are treated with GH (GH patients) while the rest 35 RIF patients (non-GH patients) and 35 first-attempt patients (positive control group) are not.

Reproductive Outcome of EM Treated by GnRH-a Associated With Laparoscopy

Infertility Associated With Endometriosis

This study is a multicenter, randomized-control-trial. This study select 1184 Infertile patients associated with endometriosis diagnosed by laparoscopy surgery. Patients are going to be divided into two groups according to 1:1 ratio randomly assigned to receive GnRH-a. Cumulative pregnancy rate, end of treatment to natural pregnancy time, accept the assisted reproductive treatment rate, miscarriage rate, live birth rate will be recorded.

Time-Lapse Incubation for Embryo Culture - Morphokinetics and Environmental Stability

InfertilityGenetic Diseases

Embryo culture and selection has been a continuous challenge in evolution since the birth of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Traditionally, embryo quality and its presumed suitability for transfer were assessed based on morphologic features. However, the consensus as to the optimal time points for embryo assessment and as to 'preferable' characteristics have been challenging. Alongside this has been the challenge of achieving balance between multiple points of assessment, yet stabilizing the embryo environment for growth. In standard incubation, each new morphological assessment of embryos in culture theoretically creates an additional disruption to culture. Most recently, time-lapse incubators (TLI) have been introduced as a novel embryo culture system attempting to limit culture disturbances. These incubators have been integrated with digital imaging, allowing for a substantial limitation in embryo handling and environmental disturbances. They have also introduced new morphokinetic parameters to embryo assessment and to optimizing selection of embryos. Thus far, a limited number of studies have examined the clinical outcomes and value of time lapse monitoring systems versus the more ubiquitous incubators (e.g. multichamber) for reproductive outcomes. In particular, the isolated value of morphokinetics in embryo assessment and of this new stable culture environment in TLI are still in question. The objectives of this study are to prospectively assess and compare fertility outcomes when embryos are cultured in the TLI system versus more traditional bench incubators (BI). We will specifically assess the added value of the closed and isolated TLI compared to BI on reproductive outcomes, as well as the value of morphokinetic grading in IVF.

EmbryoGlue as an Embryo Transfer Medium

Infertility

In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) is an increasingly common treatment for infertility. Clinics which offer IVF are continuously trying to improve their success rates, measured by the numbers of IVF cycles which result in the birth of a live baby. One factor which is thought to have contributed to the success of IVF is the improvements in the embryo culture media, that is, the fluid in which the embryo resides in the laboratory before being replaced into a woman's womb. This trial seeks to identify if IVF cycles in which a particular culture media called EmbryoGlue is used have better results when compared to IVF cycles in which a conventional embryo transfer media is used.
