This first-in-human trial will assess the safety, feasibility, and efficacy of an immunotherapy with a novel CD30 antibody conjugated to a CD3 antibody that is preloaded onto a patient's own T-cells, generating a CD30 bispecific antibody-armed, anti-CD3-activated, autologous T-cells (CD30 biAb-AATC).

This is a single-center, open label, single dose study of anti CD30 CAR-T cells injection in treatment of patients with relapsed/refractory CD30+ lymphoma.

This randomized phase I trial studies the side effects of vaccine therapy in preventing cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in patients with hematological malignancies undergoing donor stem cell transplant. Vaccines made from a tetanus-CMV peptide or antigen may help the body build an effective immune response and prevent or delay the recurrence of CMV infection in patients undergoing donor stem cell transplant for hematological malignancies.

BASILICA is a UK NIHR Biomedical Research Centre funded study recruiting patients at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. The study aims to obtain blood and tissue samples from patients with breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL), capsular contracture and implant-naïve patients undergoing primary implant insertion surgery for translational scientific analysis.

The purpose of this registry study is to create a database-a collection of information-for better understanding T-cell lymphoma. Researchers will use the information from this database to learn more about how to improve outcomes for people with T-cell lymphoma.

Anaplastic large cell lymphoma associated with breast implants (BIA-ALCL) is a rare disease seen only in women with a breast implant. Because of the low incidence of this disease and the peculiar histological subtype, French authorities, in accordance with the recommendations of an expert group, recommended the implementation of a BIA-ALCL case registry, in connection with a national Multidisciplinary meeting (Réunion de Concertation Pluridisciplinaire nationale de recours- RCP). This registry is opened in France and in Belgium

A study to compare pain differences between using MedJet needle-free drug-delivery system with standard of care treatment for cutaneous T-cell lymphomas and cutaneous B-cell lymphomas in participants.

The objective of thE project is to determine, whether circRNAs could be used as circulating prognostic and/or predictive biomarkers of ALK+ ALCL resistance to treatment and whether they can be exploited as therapeutic targets.

This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of obatoclax mesylate when given together with vincristine sulfate, doxorubicin hydrochloride, and dexrazoxane hydrochloride in treating young patients with relapsed or refractory solid tumors, lymphoma, or leukemia. Obatoclax mesylate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the proteins needed for cell growth and causing the cells to self-destruct. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as vincristine sulfate, doxorubicin hydrochloride, and dexrazoxane hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving obatoclax mesylate together with combination chemotherapy may kill more cancer cells.
