This study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of human umbilical cord derived mesenchymal stem cells transplantation in systemic lupus erythematosus.

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune, inflammatory disease and musculoskeletal pain is one of the most common symptoms. This study will investigate whether transcutaneous stimulation of the vagus nerve will decrease lupus musculoskeletal pain. This study will additionally investigate the biologic effects of vagus nerve stimulation on inflammation. It will be the first clinical study using one of the body's own pathways of modulating the immune system and inflammatory response, the cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway, in SLE.

The investigators hypothesize that a three-month aerobic exercise training program will positively affect the lipid profile, insulin sensitivity , cytokine profile, the cardiovascular parameters and muscle strength in SLE patients.

Early statin therapy in SLE patients that have high cholesterol level and other atherosclerosis risk should reduce atherosclerosis and coronary artery events in later course of disease. By the way, statin is used in restricted groups of rheumatologists due to awareness of side effects; myositis and hepatitis, that are frequently found in SLE patients more so than other groups of atherosclerosis patients and reporting data of autoimmune diseases that occur after statin use.

The primary purpose of this study is to assess the safety and pharmacodynamic effect of LJP 394 at doses of 100 mg, 300 mg and 900 mg on anti-dsDNA antibody levels in patients with SLE.

This study aims to identify the expression signature of miR-181a, miR-196a and miR-21 in plasma of SLE patients and difference in their expression among groups with different systemic lupus erythematosis disease activity index (SLEDAI) scores.

This pilot trial studies how well fluorine F 18 clofarabine positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) works in imaging patients with autoimmune or inflammatory diseases. Fluorine F 18 clofarabine is an imaging agent or tracer which may be taken up by inflammatory tissue in the body. Diagnostic imaging, such as PET/CT scans, can be used to measure the amount of injected tracer that is taken up by inflammatory tissue. PET/CT scan may help to determine how fluorine F 18 clofarabine is distributed throughout the body.

This study is a biomedical, open label, therapeutic strategy, interventional, non-randomized, multicenter study to evaluate the non compliance to antimalarials in patients with systemic lupus in the Nord Pas-de-Calais region (FRANCE). It is conducted in two visits. These visits consist in obtaining blood sample, performing a clinical examination and filling in a questionnaire (Quality Of Life, Coping...). The goal for the noncompliants patients is to guide them towards the therapeutic education with professionals (nurses and physicians).

The purpose of this study is to determine if three functional Magnetic Resonance brain imaging techniques: Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy(MRS),Magnetic Resonance perfusion, and Diffusion Tensor Imaging(DTI) can detect brain alterations distinctive for neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus (NPSLE)and systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).
