Rheolytic Thrombectomy For Acute Deep Vein Thrombosis Of Whole Lower Limb
Deep Vein ThrombosisIpsilateral popliteal venous the most common access for pharmacomechanical thrombectomy (PMT) in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis (DVT), but the result was not satisfactory. The investigators adjust the access to improve the thrombus clearance rate and reduce the incidence of post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS).
Rivaroxaban for the Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients With Left Iliac Vein Compression...
May-Thurner SyndromeThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of rivaroxaban for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients with left iliac vein compression treated with stent implantation.
Effect of Tinzaparin on Inflammatory Biomarkers During the Acute Phase of Deep Vein Thrombosis
Deep Vein ThrombosisInflammatory ResponseAnticoagulants influence either coagulation, inflammation and inflammatory processes in deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Acute DVT cause an inflammatory response that may persist for a long period of time. There is a need to describe patterns of change in serum biomarker levels after acute DVT, and explore the association between trajectory biological patterns and clinical evolution in the era of various anticoagulants in the acute phase of treatment in order to be able to further avoid recurrence and late sequelae. It appears that direct oral anticoagulants and heparin alter inflammatory markers in different ways. It is therefore important to study the evolution of markers according to the different treatments used and secondarily to compare them with each other. Tinzaparin is used in the long term in patients with DVT, it is necessary to measure the evolution of inflammatory markers and then in another study to compare with the other molecules.
Chronic Venous Thrombosis: Relief With Adjunctive Catheter-Directed Therapy (The C-TRACT Trial)...
Deep Vein ThrombosisVenous Stasis4 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine if the use of image-guided, endovascular therapy (EVT) is an effective strategy with which to reduce Post Thrombotic Syndrome (PTS) disease severity and improve quality of life in patients with established disabling iliac-obstructive post thrombotic syndrome (DIO-PTS).
BOLT: Study of the Indigo® Aspiration System When Used in Patients With Deep Vein Thrombosis
Deep Vein ThrombosisDVTThe objective of this study is to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of the Indigo Aspiration system for percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy in a population presenting with obstruction due to deep vein thrombosis (DVT) who are eligible for treatment.
Study Evaluation of Recombinant Hirudin in Prophylaxis of Post-Operative Deep Vein Thrombosis
Prophylaxis of Deep Vein ThrombosisThis study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of r-Hirudin RB variant 15 mg in DVT prophylaxis post major orthopedic operations
Clinical Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Multiple Oral Administrations of SHR2285 Tablets in...
Prevention of Venous Thrombosis After TKAThis study is a multi-center, randomized, open-label, double-blind, positive-controlled phase II clinical study evaluating the efficacy and safety of different doses of SHR2285 tablets vs. enoxaparin for the prevention of postoperative venous thromboembolism in patients undergoing elective unilateral total knee arthroplasty.
HAIC Combine With Lenvatinib and PD-1 Inhibitors for Advanced HCC With PVTT
Hepatocellular CarcinomaPortal Vein ThrombosisThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with Lenvatinib and PD-1 inhibitors compared to Lenvatinib plus PD-1 inhibitors for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal vein tumor thrombosis (PVTT).
Non-elastic Compression Garment Therapy Versus Control for Deep Vein Thrombosis
Deep Vein ThrombosisPost Thrombotic SyndromeThe objective of the study is to conduct a Bayesian randomized trial comparing non-elastic compression garments applied with high pressure (Circaid group) with no compression (control group) in reducing signs and symptoms in the acute stage of DVT and subsequent postthrombotic syndrome. With a hypothesis that the Circaid group will present a quicker and more marked reduction of pain and leg swelling in the acute stage of DVT, as well as a 20% decrease in the frequency of postthrombotic syndrome within six months from the time of diagnosis of the acute deep vein thrombosis episode.
Anticoagulant Plus Antiplatelet Therapy Following Iliac Vein Stenting
Deep Vein ThrombosisIliac Vein Thrombosis3 moreTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination of anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapy on the patency of iliac vein at 12-month post stenting in patients with acute proximal DVT and ipsilateral iliac vein stenosis who received percutaneous mechanic thrombectomy and iliac vein stenting.
