This phase II study evaluates F-18 tetrafluoroborate (18F-TFB) PET/CT scan in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer. Diagnostic imaging is necessary for planning treatment, monitoring therapy response, and identifying sites of recurrent or metastatic disease in differentiated thyroid cancer. 18F-TFB PET/CT may accurately detect recurrent and metastatic thyroid cancer lesions, with the potential to provide information for patient management that is better than the current standard of care imaging practices.

This study collects blood and tissue samples from patients with cancer and without cancer to evaluate tests for early cancer detection. Collecting and storing samples of blood and tissue from patients with and without cancer to study in the laboratory may help researchers develop tests for the early detection of cancers.

The aim of this study is to develop a standardized and user-independent imaging workflow model for autofluorescence and quantified fluorescence angiography with Indocyanine Green (ICG) of the parathyroid glands of children. For this purpose, all pediatric patients will undergo thyroid surgery with the use of autofluorescence and quantified ICG-fluorescence. This study could be the first step in reducing the rate of postoperative hypocalcemia in children, by using fluorescence angiography during pediatric thyroid surgery.

A prospective cohort of papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC), patients who received thermal ablation in our hospital since February 2023 was established as the study object. This is a prospective, observational study, aiming to observe the difference of metabolic profiles between patients choose Thyrogen® injection and Eltroxin® withdrawal.

Thyroid cancer database collects clinical and laboratory data from patients with a thyroid tumor who received radioactive Iodine treatment. This database only records information based on patients' medical files in a structured manner. Thyroid database is used for retrospective non-interventional research projects.
