Study of Anlotinib in Patients With Advanced Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma
Medullary Thyroid CancerThis is a real world study aiming to observe the efficacy and safety of Anlotinib capsules in patients with advanced medullary thyroid carcinoma, and to summarize the treatment experience in a broad population of patients.
Tiragolumab and Atezolizumab for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory SMARCB1 or SMARCA4 Deficient...
Atypical Teratoid/Rhabdoid TumorEpithelioid Sarcoma16 moreThis phase I/II trial studies how well tiragolumab and atezolizumab works when given to children and adults with SMARCB1 or SMARCA4 deficient tumors that that has either come back (relapsed) or does not respond to therapy (refractory). SMARCB1 or SMARCA4 deficiency means that tumor cells are missing the SMARCB1 and SMARCA4 genes, seen with some aggressive cancers that are typically hard to treat. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as tiragolumab and atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
A Study of LOXO-260 in Cancer Patients With a Change in a Particular Gene (RET) That Has Not Responded...
CarcinomaNon-Small-Cell Lung1 moreThe main purpose of this study is to learn more about the safety, side effects, and effectiveness of LOXO-260. LOXO-260 may be used to treat cancer that has a change in a particular gene (known as the RET gene). Participation could last up to 24 months (2 years) and possibly longer if the disease does not get worse.
Cancer and Blood Pressure Management, CARISMA Study
Cardiovascular DisorderChronic Kidney Disease7 moreThis phase II trial studies how well intensive blood pressure management works in decreasing systolic blood pressure in patients with kidney or thyroid cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) who are starting anti-angiogenic tyrosine kinase inhibitor cancer therapy. This study is being done to find out if a systolic blood pressure to a target of less than 120 mmHg (intensive systolic blood pressure management) can be achieved, well tolerated, and beneficial as compared to the usual approach to a target of less than 140 mmHg while taking an anti-angiogenic tyrosine kinase inhibitor. This study may help doctors understand the best way to control blood pressure in kidney or thyroid cancer patients taking anti-angiogenic tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
A Study of Selpercatinib (LOXO-292) in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors, RET Fusion-Positive...
Non-Small Cell Lung CancerMedullary Thyroid Cancer2 moreThis is an open-label, first-in-human study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and preliminary anti-tumor activity of selpercatinib (also known as LOXO-292) administered orally to participants with advanced solid tumors, including rearranged during transfection (RET)-fusion-positive solid tumors, medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) and other tumors with RET activation.
Radiofrequency Ablation of Low Risk Papillary Thyroid Microcarcinoma
Papillary Thyroid MicrocarcinomaThyroid CancerThis is a single center prospective clinical trial with regard to efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma.
Active Surveillance Versus Surgery in Thyroid Papillary Microcarcinoma
Papillary Microcarcinoma of the ThyroidThe primary objective of this study is to evaluate the outcome of two treatment approaches (immediate surgery or close follow-up) in patients with papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (mPTc) .
Tipifarnib for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumors, Lymphoma, or Histiocytic Disorders With HRAS...
Malignant Solid NeoplasmRecurrent Adrenal Gland Pheochromocytoma39 moreThis phase II pediatric MATCH trial studies how well tipifarnib works in treating patients with solid tumors that have recurred or spread to other places in the body (advanced), lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders, that have a genetic alteration in the gene HRAS. Tipifarnib may block the growth of cancer cells that have specific genetic changes in a gene called HRAS and may reduce tumor size.
Safety of Endoscopic Thyroidectomy Via Retro-Auricular Single-Site Approach, Transoral Approach...
Papillary Thyroid CarcinomaThe goal of this retrospective study is to compare the safety and efficiacy of endoscopic thyroidectomy via retro-auricular single-site approach, transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy vestibular approach and transareola approach.
Restor. I-131 Upt. + Selpercatinib in RET F-P RAI-R TC
Thyroid CancerThyroid Carcinoma4 moreThis research is being done to determine the efficacy of selpercatinib to restore radioactive iodine (I-131) uptake and allow for I-131 treatment in people with RET fusion-positive radioiodine-refractory thyroid cancer. This research study involves the study drug selpercatinib in combination with standard of care treatments, I-131 and thyrotropin alfa (rhTSH).
