Breast CancerRenal Cell CarcinomaMARIO-3 is a Phase 2 multi-arm combination cohort study designed to evaluate IPI-549, Infinity Pharmaceutical's first-in-class, oral immuno-oncology product candidate targeting immune-suppressive tumor-associated myeloid cells through selective inhibition of phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K)-gamma, in combinations with Tecentriq and Abraxane (nab-paclitaxel) in front-line triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) and in combination with Tecentriq and Avastin (bevacizumab) in front-line renal cell cancer (RCC).
A Phase 1/2 Study of CYT-0851 in B-Cell Malignancies and Advanced Solid Tumors
MalignancyNon-hodgkin Lymphoma13 moreThis clinical trial is an interventional, active-treatment, open-label, multi-center, Phase 1/2 study. The study objectives are to assess the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics (PK) of CYT-0851 in patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell malignancies and advanced solid tumors and to identify a recommended Phase 2 dose as a monotherapy and in combination with chemotherapy for evaluation in these patients.

Triple-negative Breast CancerThis is a randomized, open-label, adaptive, two arm, multicentre, Phase II trial comparing a neoadjuvant chemotherapy with PDL1-inhibition (Atezolizumab) and Atezolizumab two-week window to chemotherapy with PDL1-inhibition (Atezolizumab) and identify biomarkers predicting (early) response to or resistance against Atezolizumab (alone and with CTX) allowing patients stratification in future clinical trials

TNBC - Triple-Negative Breast CancerThis study is designed to determine the RP2D of gedatolisib in combination with talazoparib and to evaluate the efficacy of this combination in advanced HER2 negative breast cancer that is triple negative or BRCA1/2 positive (deficient).
Safety and Efficacy of KY1044 and Atezolizumab in Advanced Cancer
Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Head and NeckNon-small Cell Lung Cancer10 moreA Phase 1/2, open label, multi-center study to evaluate the safety, efficacy and tolerability of KY1044 as single agent and in combination with anti-PD-L1 (atezolizumab) in adult patients with selected advanced malignancies, who are ineligible for or there are no available therapies known to confer a clinical benefit for their disease, or they have exhausted all such available options in each indication and therefore will be patients for whom a clinical trial is appropriate.

CancerBreast1 moreThis is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase II study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Atezolizumab when combined with immunogenic chemotherapy in subjects with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer. Atezolizumab, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide are the Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs).
Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Plus Chemotherapy vs Placebo Plus Chemotherapy as Neoadjuvant Therapy...
Triple Negative Breast NeoplasmsThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) plus chemotherapy vs placebo plus chemotherapy as neoadjuvant therapy and pembrolizumab vs placebo as adjuvant therapy in participants who have triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). After a screening phase of approximately 28 days, each participant will receive neoadjuvant study treatment (Pembrolizumab + Chemotherapy OR Placebo + Chemotherapy) based on the randomization schedule for approximately 24 weeks (8 cycles). Each participant will then undergo definitive surgery 3-6 weeks after conclusion of the last cycle of the neoadjuvant study treatment. After definitive surgery, each participant will receive adjuvant study treatment (Pembrolizumab OR Placebo) for approximately 27 weeks (9 cycles). Following adjuvant study treatment, each participant will be monitored for safety, survival and disease recurrence. The primary study hypothesis is that pembrolizumab is superior to placebo, in combination with chemotherapy, as measured by the rate of Pathological Complete Response (pCR) and/or Event-free Survival (EFS), in participants with locally advanced TNBC.
